I received the package and I heard some loose parts. I was unable to open it right away due to work schedule. I contacted to seller and he immediately answered me that if something is missing, he will immediately send it to me. And I calmed down. When I got home, I quickly install the chair and I was very happy. The chair looks better than the picture and is very comfortable. Looks rich, pleasant leather surface. I enjoyed it .     • There are springs in the seat but only in the center, like an old mattress.
Edit: By now the padding has worn out, feels like there is a bar running across the back with no other support. Broke down and got a Secret Lab Titan XL, maybe I can toss this old one on craigslist... The is an 8x8 section in the middle of this seat that bulges out with springs that will force you to constantly change your position in an attempt to get comfortable. The seat reclines but does not pivot meaning if you are looking for something the rocks back with a spring to bounce you back up, this will not do it. It's better than working off a futon. The arms wiggle a lot despite everything being as tight as I can make it without power tools. Also it has made creaking noises when I move, like it's not assembled right where the seat bottom connects to the base, but that connection is just press fit. My weight should push it it firmly but it doesn't seem like a solid connection, there is some wiggle room which makes it feel like a cheap chair. (6'1" 240#) Totally disappointed but would be a complete pain to return. It looks nice at least. ... show more

I've had this chair less than six months. The arms have always been loose with no way to tighten. The chair was not abused. I had my last chair for over 20 years. Additional: I contacted the company and they send a replacement arm for the chair.

Quickly had seat springs uncomfortably poking me, armrests losing shape and footrest completely fell apart into two pieces. Not worth the price. at all.
