I purchased 14 chairs for my last supper table, I searched all over for a year to find ones I liked that didn’t break the bank since I needed such a large quantity. Finally decided on these. They arrived quickly, were easy to assemble, and looked exactly like the picture shown. Out of 14 one had a small defect, since it was after hours I wrote an email to the address listed on the directions and when I woke up there was a reply and a shipment of a replacement on the way. Of the 4 chairs I purchased, one had a cracking frame and another was already splitting as seen in pictures Updated Review 12/27/23.     • Uneven legs, misaligned holes, too short screws...

Where to begin. Amazon delivered 4 days later than promised. I needed them on the date indicated so I would have help assembling. So I had to try to assemble all 6 chairs by myself due to this. First, you will need to sand all of the wood unless you want everyone to get splinters. I am talking, legs, back, sides, etc. Second, holes not aligned. The middle screw needs to be longer. You cannot get it in with the spring. Eliminate that and it goes in. I have assembled tons of furniture and these made me lose my religion. I had to remove all of the feet/levelers as none of the legs are the same height. Chairs rocked horribly. I then used a mix of felt pads to try and make them even. Well cushioned. Gray fabric is nice. Once assembled, they look nice but I am not sure how long these chairs will last. ... show more
