This is a perfect little gadget for anyone who works from home or drinks their hot beverages so slowly that they always get cold before you finish. I bought one and liked it so much I bought another one for a different room. Very sleek design takes no more table space than the cup. Two temperature settings and an auto off feature feels safe but it’s not foolproof. If you carelessly lay your phone on it while it’s on, the phone will be very unhappy. I ruined my favorite leather case.

This is the third one I’ve bought now. All 3 are working great. I got 2 last year for when my wife and I are on the porch and they work so well that I got one for my tv stand at night when I watch tv. It keeps my drink nice and hot. This is the one to get if you want to keep your drink hot.

Nice mug warmer. I thought 2 heat settings would be nice, but it's unnecessary. Keeps coffee warm-ish, give a swirl before each sip and it the heat factor goes up. The down side is that should you place a glass of cold water on it and happen to place it on the button, it will turn on and heat up your cold water. I really don't like the touch on/off for this reason. It also has an auto turn off. I drink coffee all day long, so get cold coffee many evenings. I do enjoy cold coffee so not a big problem. I also have an old brain so I do enjoy that it will shut itself off should I forget. Lastly, I miss the plastic surround that remained cool on my old warmer. The entire surface of this warmer gets very hot and I've burned myself repeatedly on it. Just be aware and keep fingers and anything flammable clear. All in all, a nice warmer.

I loved it at first. It kept my coffee and tea hot for hours, and worked perfectly with my candles. Then, it stopped working. I have had it less than a week. Now, the button doesn't work, I can't adjust the temperature, and I can't turn it off. Then I noticed that while it is currently stuck on the hottest setting, the surface plate was no longer hot. When it worked, I couldn't touch it. Now, I can rest my fingers on it without discomfort. It was great while it lasted, and now I have to find a different one.

I wanted to replace my old Mr. Coffee mug warmer with a unit that shut off when the cup was removed. Most of what is on the market seems to do this nowadays. But despite its modern look, this is the old fashioned kind. My bad for not reading the fine print. It can be easily left on, and gets hot as the hinges of h*ll — top and bottom. While I have tempered glass on my side table, I would not use this on fine furniture. I foolishly trashed the box, so this thing is going to the dump for safety reasons. Sadly, I also tossed the old, ugly Mr. Coffee pad, too. If you’re not concerned about the safety issue, this looks nice and it WILL keep your coffee hot. Vendor, please do not contact me or this becomes a one-star review.

This is my second mug warmer. Other one had neat wood trim but just stopped working after a month. Thought I'd try one more before writing off all mug warmers. I chose the right one here. Two temps. Red is so hot it brings a cool cup to piping hot in pretty short time and keeps it there. I drink coffee all day so there are times I drop heat down to blue setting which is still hot but not "boiling" hot. Recommended.

I received my cup warmer on August 20, as promised, and have been using it to warm candles. I love the way it gently heats the wax and releases the aroma without the use of a flame. My flatmate says that it smells like Christmas. I also like that there are two heat settings. So that if I put a cup of coffee on it to keep it warm, it won't be so hot that it burns my mouth. It fits into any decor from home to office. The automatic shut-off safety feature is a plus.
