Horrific and rude customer service. The battery no longer comes off the bike after 2 uses. The company makes scooters not bikes and it is very difficult to get a hold of them. In addition, local bike shops won’t even work on the bike because thevquality is so low.

My girlfriend has a e bike with a 750 w motor and I can't even come close to keeping up with her will be returning. Sure it looks nice but trying to get up a hill for get about it oh and 35mph no won't go over 27 even down a steep hill do not recommend.
