Update 01/23. So I really need to give a BIG shout out to Paul over @ COCOWEB. Paul stepped up big time. Not just to make thing right but to look into why this happened in the 1st place! It seems some of their lights (larger ones I'M guessing) use a 24 Volt dimmer which is what I was sent when I called to ask for Dimmers to be sent that were not in the packages! Not knowing the difference is what caused the issue with the light's. I should of received 6 Volt dimmers for the 16" lights instead of the 24 Volts. Hey mistakes happen IMO the dimmers should be in the packages anyway and not having to call and ask for them Which I'm certain would prevent this from happening again, but that is for them to figure out!, if you need to call be sure the representative knows What size lights you have. Now what I can Tell you is this company stands 100% behind not just the product but the name Cocoweb and takes care of their customers. Once PAUL isolated the issue he was in contact with me, which resulted in some phone and E-mail tagging due to schedule conflicts! He immediately had placed a replacement order for both lights, as well as ensuring the packages came with 6 Volt dimmers. The new lights arrived via UPS overnight air. Once again I can enjoy my art pieces longer with these lights! Lights are perfect and cast just the right amount to enhance your art's details. I find myself now using the light's almost all day and into the evening as when the light's are on you seem to be able to see more of the details in the paintings, while only consuming very very wattage I'm not worried about a large electric bill nor am I worried about these lights producing heat onto the painting surface while not being intrusive or bulky very streamline lights with nice subtle finish as to not distract from your art. When you order be sure to measure your art work and order the size they outline, you will not be disappointed!     • Nice looking light - but a bit pricey.

I originally purchased a shorter version and ended up returning for the 43". Works much better for our application. It is a nice quality light with a nice gold/brass finish. It is a bit pricey for what it is, but I think worth the money. Not many other options out there like this.

I chose to use the frame mount option. I think that helps to cast the light further down the canvas. It does tend to light up the upper part of the piece. If you turn the fixture down more the LEDs are visible and that is less desirable. A good product improvement would be a slim shade on the viewer side of the leds to mask them some from the viewer perspective or to mount the LEDs on an angle. The post office lost the shipment initially and one fixture was missing the dimmer. However, the customer service from Cocoweb exceeded my expectations. Not only was the product shipped before promised they also responded immediately to my email requests for help, tracked down the shipment and worked with me to get the missing parts.     • Useless flimsy piece of expensive junk.

Impossible to get things aligned and mount, and not possible to secure the light to the provided mounting hardware. Also, no matter how hard we tried, the lights reflect off the artwork. Lots of others have complained about exactly the same issues, so comforting to know that we're not alone.

I had an issue where Amazon did not ship the hardline dimmer, and only shipped a remote dimmer which I dislike…I contacted Cocoweb‘s customer service and spoke to a rep named Gabe, who was super helpful and shipped me my dimmer and cord for no charge…I will definitely buy from Cocoweb again!
