I was so excited opening this box. Such a beautiful display! I was going to get another kit for the whiskey barrel shaped smoker, but then I read the description on this one and it said it is an American company. I opened the box, everything is pristine in the shadow foam, all the flavors of wood chips! Almost overwhelming. Then I pulled out the “high quality metal torch”. Feels like plastic with a big “Made in China” on the bottom. Nothing personal against China, but I have a plastic torch and kit. I wanted quality for my personal bar. This is crap. The wood chips might be worth the purchase. Otherwise, I’d keep shopping.

Product looks nice and let's be honest you can't mess up wood but the wooden design subjects it to burning but don't worry you can't get the torch to work and I wasted premium butane on a torch that won't light but for a second or two. I use the same butane as I do on my cigar torches. Now that said, I did reach out and their customer service is very active and involved and they are already upgrading things to more premium products which I will be testing so more to come on that. They are very passionate about their business and I'm excited to see what they are rolling out with next!!!
