I'm so frustrated. I spent a little extra on this item thinking I was going to get something of great quality. Well after trial and error trying this over and over I could NOT get this thing to create a lot of smoke . I use the same item at my job but different brand and it works fine. Only wanted the cloche and not a cutting board, but ok to get the smoker. I'd love to order another cloche ONLY in same or bigger size. I haven't been able to find one in this same style.

After following the directions multiple times, this thing has barely produced any smoke. Not much info for trouble shooting. Should have used money for the smoke gun instead

Overall it’s seemingly a decent set, I like the bigger variety of chips compared to others on here. However, the pecan and oak containers were barely half full, while the rest were to the top, seals are pretty questionable, as they seemed opened already (but box was sealed?).
