This recliner is soft and comfortable. The seat is nice and wide. The massage is a nice feature. I like it. The only thing that isn't perfect for me is it's a little low to the ground when fully tucked in, so when you engage the lift you have to plant your feet well, or you get the sensation that you could be dumped on the floor if your legs are weak. Now that could just be because of my very large (but short) body, but I imagine it might be an issue with someone who is very frail, too. Just something to consider. ... show more

Found out after I ordered this that the heart patient I ordered it for could not use it. The doctor said the massage and heat could interfere with the defibrillator. As I tried to return it I found I had to pay the postage to send it back to California. The cost from where I live was over $500. That is as almost the entire price of the chair. I will try to sell it locally. I can’t speak to the quality of the chair but your stuck with it once you open it. ... show more
