I really love these two necklaces paired together. I will say, the one with the heart pendant was really difficult to clasp for some reason. Also the heart fell off while I was out the other night. Luckily I saw it and grabbed it, and was able to get it back on when I got home. I closed the little piece that attaches it a bit tighter, so hopefully it doesn't happen again. Aside from these issues, they are beautiful!

SWEET DIARY Black Heart Layered Necklace Headline: every color is needed I have to say I am very happy with the SWEET DIARY Black Heart Layered Necklace set. It's a dainty, handmade two-piece set that visually underscores its durability; it is a statement piece. The heart pendant has a graphic element and, just like the chains, is made of polished, black-plated stainless steel. According to the seller, it is made of hypoallergenic and anti-oxidation materials, and will not “rust, fade, corrode, lose their shine or turn your skin green. (Although it’s not advised to wear while showering). It gleams from every angle and I was surprised to learn that the pendant in particular, wasn’t made of gemstone, mineral, or glass. That's how glossy this jewelry is. The length of the first chain is 15.7” with a 2” extender, and the second chain with the accompanying heart is 17.7" with a 2” extender. The longer chain incorporates pounded chain while the smaller chain features beads. It's very adjustable. I’ve been wearing Sweet Diary’s Heart Shaped Layered Necklace with black studs or with a pair of silver drop earrings with black rhinestone embellishments. I wouldn't mind owning the silver, rose gold, and both gold versions. The second gold version has a round snake chain instead of the flattened chain and it is just as attractive as its counterparts. The necklace set comes in a gift box and a cleaning cloth so it’s ready to give, no additional effort is needed. It's a great present for a loved one - including yourself

The design is super cute, the heart is a good size, and the chain in dainty. My biggest personal issue is just that there wasn't anything in the listing that demonstrated that this was 2 different chains. It gives the length of each chain but, maybe I just didn't understand... I thought it was just so you could visualize where each one will fall on your neck/chest. My biggest functional issue, and the one that caused me to knock a star off, was that I was forced to operate the clasp for the heart pendant with my left hand. The pendant is free on the chain but both ends are too large to slip the pendant off so I couldn't move it around. The pendant has writing on the back so it's not reversible either. You can see in the images that the chains, because they're independent, are going to be apt to get tangled and not lay flat and pretty, and in the back photo you can see that the claps are oriented opposite ways.

First of all mine arrived as you see it pictured. Second, y’all this is not gold. It’s a nasty orange not even copper color as you can see here. It is not even trying to be gold. This is not a nice piece of jewelry. It’s a mess. On top of the color I got a tangled up mess without any of the fancy plastic or cardboard packaging bits. Sigh.
