When I ordered this canopy, it was supposed to take 1-2 weeks to get here. I was pleasantly surprised when it came in just 2 days! I had to wait a few days to put it up because the weather wasn't so good here. When I opened the bag, everything was nicely packaged. When I went to pull the steel frame out of the bag, it was heavy! I am about 100 lbs and was able to lift if with a baby strapped to my back, but it was still very heavy. When I went to open the canopy, I definitely needed a second person. With my old canopy that I used for events it was very light-weight and I could do it on my own... not with this one! The steel frame is probably about twice as thick as my old canopy! When my husband got home he helped me open it. After that, the rest of the steps were very easy. I also really like the velcro on the tent fabric. The velcro is very strategically placed in the corners to keep it on good. I decided to put a couple of the walls up to see how they looked. They were ridiculously easy to put up. There is just a continuous line of velcro on the top of the tent fabric that you can effortlessly hang the wall on. The walls are really easy to attach to each other, as well. When I went to put the tent away, it broke down so easily! I didn't need any help for that! There are little triggers on each of the legs that you hardly have to put any pressure on to release and collapse the height. It was a little tricky to put it back in the carrying bag, but I found the easiest way was to lay the bag flat on the ground with the zipper side up and put it in one end at a time. It took very little adjusting to get the entire frame in. It was a little more difficult to put the rest of the items back in the bag after having taken them all out. I feel that it is that way with every product you open though! This bag has wheels on it, which is probably my favorite feature. The wheels are not cheaply made. In fact, no part of this product seems cheaply made. I'm unsure if the wheels would work on grass but I wouldn't be surprised if they did due to how thick they are. The bag also has 2 thick straps that you can throw it over your shoulder. Very nice, and very well-constructed. I thought it was odd to have people hanging off the frame in the product pictures, but I understand now just how strong and heavy this frame is! I probably could've swung from the bars, though I don't recommend it. My husband is 200+lbs and he could've hung from the frame without doing any harm. I also just want to note that I feel the velcro on the tent top could be an added safety benefit during high winds. Just a theory but I feel the frame is heavy enough that if strong bursts of wind come through, it would detach the velcro before it would pick up the canopy. That's just a theory, I will have to try it during one of my events to be sure. You DO have to purchase weights to go with the canopy. This canopy includes sand bags but no sand. There is a strong smell associated with the canopy fabric. I'm sure it will air out as time goes on. I would've liked to have a separate carrying bag for the accessories like the walls, stakes and ropes, and sand bags. It was much harder getting them back in the bag than it was to get them out, and if someone decides to use the canopy often or for events, the accessories will all have to be taken out and set aside each time, even if someone decides not to use them. My issue is that this product is heavier than expected. I can roll it in the bag, but definitely need help lifting it. Seems pretty sturdy though. Hope it holds up to market use for a long time! Oh, and the instruction ‘manual’ that came with it is very skimpy and does not mention the sidewalls that came with it, and did not tell how to assemble the wheels on the bag. Gazebo was better than we expected. My husband and I set it up and It was very easy. It just missing one of the Velcro pieces but other than that we are very happy. We hope to be able to take it camping soon and I hope it stands up to the elements.

First off, quality control needs to be a little more proactive. One of the support systems is bent, the zipper for the bag starts off square at one end then twists to the other side. Hence zipper didn't work properly and came off. Secondly; for the price I would think it would have metal hardware rather than plastic as well as plastic feet. In order to tear down the structure you basically have to remove all hook and pile material before you are able to bring it down.
