Based on my previous experience I didn't know what to expect from this one which actually cost less. I was really surprised and very happy when I got it. The cover is flat and flawless and heavy enough to close firmly. My Kindle slid easily into the clamshell back and fits snugly. The magnetic closure is perfect. If the edges of the cover feel a tiny bit rough (somebody mentioned that in a review here) you can smooth them with a light rub of a pumice stone or nail file. I love my kindle case! I bring my kindle everywhere and love that this case also has a flap to protect the screen as well! It shuts off the screen when you close it and wakes up the screen when you lift the flap! Love the green color as well. So far it’s been holding up pretty well so I’m happy with the durability. Easy to put on the kindle and also lightweight so you can transport it around in a bag or purse!

Super cheap little case I got for my mother's Kindle. Got the basic black one on sale and the color is as expected. The fit is perfect, the Kindle snaps right in. I made sure the case had the magnet sensor so the screen shuts off when you close it, and this one does and works perfectly. My mother threw the Kindle in her purse and takes it around every day for nearly 6 months now. It's perfectly protected.

I got this on sale to replace the original, inexpensive cover I bought when I got my 11th gen Kindle—and just wish this new one had been sale-priced back then because it’s exactly what I wanted. It fits my Kindle which snaps in snugly like a glove, and it’s magnetic so it turns on my Kindle when I open it and turns it off when I close it. My original cover is slightly larger than the Kindle; this new one is exactly the same size as the Kindle so more compact, secure, and easy to pack. Very pleased with it.

It was cold the day it got here and so it fit loosely on the back of the kindle and I took it off. Tried it again later that day after it had gotten to room temperature and it stayed on nice and securely. Fits great and looks good.
