The touch screen is clear, and the WiFi transfer works better than I expected. I’ve done a few simple designs and they came out clean once I adjusted the tension. The Poolin EOC05 is my very first embroidery machine, and I couldn’t be happier with how user-friendly it is. As a beginner, I was a bit intimidated at first, but the setup was simple and the interface is easy to navigate. In the beginning, I did experience some bird nesting, but I quickly realized it was due to using the wrong stabilizer for my fabric. Once I switched to the correct stabilizer, the stitching became clean and consistent with no more issues! Overall, this machine is a fantastic choice for beginners. It's reliable, forgiving, and does a great job once you understand the basics. I’m excited to keep learning and creating with it!

I have been enjoying my EOC05. I am new to embroidery and this product is easy to use and learn. I did have a small issue with my screen going black. I received a quick response from service and they promptly helped me find a solution and got everything fixed up for me. The threads and stabilizers that come with the machine are great quality as well. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking into starting to embroider.

This machine is fantastic! I am brand new to embroidery, but I have already made my own custom designs on my PC and embroidered them onto test fabric. (I have a regular sewing machine that I know how to use, and I'm well-versed with computers, so take that into account, as I think you should be at least a little familiar with both if you want to buy this machine and use it with relative ease) The touch screen interface is easy enough to understand, and I think it would be easy to use for people who are less technologically skilled as well. Updating the firmware on the machine may be more difficult for some who are not familiar with downloading files and putting them onto a USB. For my machine, it did not have recent firmware installed already, which is standard for computerized machines as far as I'm aware, so you NEED to get the new firmware to unlock all the great capabilities of this embroidery machine! After I got the new firmware, I can connect it to my PC through the WiFi and their file transfer app on their site, called Institch. I am still learning how to use it, but I have no worries because the customer service is AMAZING! I was worried at first because they are only reachable on Facebook and WhatsApp, but I actually find it much more reassuring and easy to talk to them. They have been very patient with me when I took several weeks to reply because I was moving, and were understanding and supportive. I think that most people who are at least a little familiar with computers would be guided very well by the helpful customer service representatives available. DO NOT BE SCARED to contact them on Facebook, they are very helpful, and if not for them I would be very lost with this machine right now! (images attached are a test piece I did by converting an image into an SVG and using Inkscape and Inkstitch to convert it into a DST file for the machine)

Love my new Poolin EOC05 embroidery machine! I took time to watch videos to help me figure out how to set up the machine, & it works awesome! Heavier fabric is a little harder to get into the frame, so I’m going to check out some magnetic frames to help. Their engineers are quick to respond to questions, I really appreciated their help.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE : Found out why thterd kept bunching. Use a thread stand! While it does not have a bunch of hoops, if your looking to do some home embroidery this little machine is great. I currently own 2 commercial machines but wanted something a little more portable. I was a little skeptical coming from China, but that is where almost all home embroidery machines are made. I have used it twice now and ... It's super for my needs. I love the USB transfer makes life more simple, i digitize my own designs so sizing is no problem but there are free embroidery sizer out there if you need it. It shipped quickly and even got here about 5 days earlier than the expected ship date. The friendly pro dealer on FaceBook helped me out a lot and seemed very personable. There is also quite a few tutorials on YouTube to familiarize yourself. So, over all a great little machine for the price, it takes a standard DST format, and there are some pre-loaded designs and Alphabets. Over all.. Yes 5 star, and it complements my sewing, so I do not have to set up, tear down and back, Remember it is only and Embroidery machine. New sewing. I think anyone buying this for the first time would be pleasantly surprised. Thank you :)

So far so good. Had a few months. I have no sewing or embroidery experience. Learning curve as always but I think it is a good machine for starting. Update: one week after the above statement all things fell apart. I have done everything I can think of. Now it won't even recognize the hoops. Consider a different machine.
