5 stars for the product itself, I absolutely love it. It always seems sold out or unavailable in stores whenever I check, and I didn’t really want to order directly from Coach, so getting it next day with Amazon Prime was a much better option. It’s such a cute bag charm and a nice little reminder of home while I’m away from NYC. It adds a lot of personality to my bag too. Only downside is the packaging, it was just thrown into a regular Amazon box instead of the nicer presentation you usually see online.
