Finally found the one! I've gone through Skechers, Gales, and Hokas, but these are the only shoes that let me finish a 12-hour shift with no foot pain. They aren't too cushy, just supportive and comfortable from day one with no break-in period. I have wide feet and these fit perfectly. Sole of shoes is soft and comfortable but even with insoles the arch support is so soft that it causes pretty significant arch collapse. Hurt my feet after one 12hr. Shift.

Shoes definitely looked used, still tried on to see if true to size and I’m surprised they are, and they are comfy. & I don’t have time to return them because I have clinicals and the shoes were approved by my instructors. I would recommend just make sure yours aren’t used.
