I absolutely love this blanket. Pros: I’m a big fan of cotton and more natural feeling fabrics and this does not have that fake feel some blankets have. It’s also surprisingly soft. Not fleece/plush blanket soft—the softness of a well loved t-shirt type soft. It’s also great for summertime. It’s light and airy. It provides a little bit of warmth to keep out the chill of AC, but not so much that you over heat. It’s got a nice weight to it as well. Not heavy like a comforter, but it’s enough to feel like you have something on besides just a sheet. It’s also super easy to wash. I just put it in with the sheets and haven’t had any issues. Cons: It’s not cute or very aesthetically pleasing. It wrinkles easily and if you have cats, there will be snags. Neither of those things bother me, but if you’re someone who really cares how your bed looks, then it might not be ideal. I have had this blanket for 3 weeks now. When I opened the package the blanket was a gorgeous color but not as soft as I thought it was. The length and width was larger than I thought which is great. Washed it, dried it on low heat. It did get softer and has gotten softer everyday since. It is the perfect weight and I have a lot less sweaty nights. We live in NC where it’s been 100 degrees for the last month. I have bad allergies and noticed that I don’t wake up all stuffy. I would definitely buy it again. I picked up this muslin blanket for our bed, and it’s been a great addition. It feels very soft right out of the package and gets even more comfortable after washing. The cotton material is breathable, so it keeps you warm without feeling heavy or stuffy. The oversized size is nice because it easily covers the bed and still leaves enough blanket for both sides without constant tugging. It works well in colder weather but is still light enough to use year-round. The seafoam color also looks great and adds a nice touch to the room. Best blanket ever! I love that it’s cotton. It is heavier than a traditional muslin blanket. But still not heavy. So if you’re looking for a heavy weight, this isn’t it. I’m getting two to layer on top of each other to give a more weighted feel. This one on its own will be perfect for summer. Highly recommend. It’s worth the purchase. I’ve washed it twice and it only gets better with every wash. I love it. I’m only knocking off a star because it’s really expensive. It feels durable. But time will tell. I’m just so sick of quality products being so extremely expensive. I only was able to buy this cause I had a gift card. Bought a second blanket - because this one works so well!! It's light to medium weight - but provides enough breathable "sleeping warmth" in the hot Texas summers that you don't need more beyond the sheet to stay comfortable, even in air conditioning! And that "breathable" part is important, because trapping warm air is the bane of existence in our Tempur-pedic bed ;-). Further, it is really SOFT! And washes well (no substantial lint - no wrinkles). Last but not least, it doesn't shrink up such that it barely covers our king size bed ... something I've had a hard time finding. There's plenty of overhang on the sides. Thus, we bought a spare! Highly recommend! ... show more

Luxurious! Was given an Amazon gift card for my Birthday and decided to treat myself to Luxury. Beautiful pink color. Soft Blanket. Not too hot. Breathable too. I feel fancy. Worth every dime. The only con is that the 8 layer/queen is pretty heavy for washing/drying but it did wash and dry well. It was just borderline too large/heavy for my washing machine, but it made it. I bought a queen for my twin XL bed as I like plenty of blanket. These are made a little larger tho and so I have a ton of extra blanket. I also love that it's made in India. ... show more
