THE GOOD They shipped quickly with UPS and I received the laser relatively quickly (9 days). The unit itself works great for most types of projects. I like the focusing lasers in the head. The seller responds to inquiries. THE BAD I currently run a 30W fiber laser with EZCAD 2.14.11 and I wanted to up to a 50W. When it came in I noticed they sent an EZCAD LITE version of software. I use mostly ProjectMark in EZCAD which is not an option with EZCAD LITE. I tried to run my EZCAD and it would not run. When I contacted them about my issue they stated that the control board would only work with EZCAD LITE and I needed to spend $1229.00 for a new board (B07R4HNPQ9) if I wanted to run a full version of EZCAD. I ended up having to switch the board from my other laser to be able to run what I needed. I responded that they really should have that on the description to avoid this kind of problem and they responded that they would update the listing. At this point (a week later), I don't see an update any where that states that this laser will not work with a full version of EZCAD and I can't imagine others will not have the same issue. I would have given more stars if they would have updated their listing.

I make and sell a high end product for the motion picture industry and until today I've been having to place stickers on the product. Thankfully, I can now throw all the stickers in the trash and my product looks like I've always wanted it to. The machine showed up in a heavy wooden crate and within two hours I had it assembled and engraving metal parts. No adjustments were needed in the software or with the laser. It seems this thing was already setup ahead of time and just needed basis assembly. This 30w laser is lightning fast and burns bright marks on anodized aluminum almost instantaneously. I even burned my logo into my shipping boxes and they look great. I hope I can get several good years of service out of this product.

Had my doubts. First laser machine. Came packed in a nice wood crate, well padded inside. 122 lb crate, be ready. Simple assembly. Plugged it in and installed driver on my laptop. Worked first try. No hassles. Get Lightburn with the galvo head support. It works perfectly with this unit including the rotary. Much better and feature rich compared to the ezcad2 that comes with it. Very happy.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this product as Cloudray is the leading laser component manufacturer in the world. The idea of having a Cloudray branded machine was appealing to me as I knew the quality of their other laser components, owning CO2 lasers. The product arrived quickly and setup was easy. We did run into a small snag (not Cloudray Inc. fault) but Cloudray owned it and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I have been so impressed that I have already purchased a different size Cloudray lens, and I am looking forward to purchasing more upgrades from Cloudray in the future. When I received the item, there was a part rattling around in the machine. I could not get the software to work with it. I searched and searched for a contact number to get assistance only to find that if you did not buy the item directly form them they would not give you any technical assistance. Did not work as promised and they will provide no help.
