This is a very beautiful product, I was a bit skeptical buying online at first however after researching pictures and reviews of previous customers I made the purchase.. The sofa came in 2 deliveries, I was aware as part of it was in back order but I didn't mind the two separate deliveries. Material: The linen material gives such a fancy touch, soft and the color is beautiful! Cushions: The cushions are a mix of a piece of foam surrounded by a very thick feather comforter, it's very comfortable definitely cloud sensation! I might sleep even better in the sofa than my own bed! Size: The sofa is pretty big, I love the size of each piece, larger than usually sofa, it makes it kinda unique. I highly recommend to measure your space so you pick the right combinaison. I also love how you can buy pieces separately and combine the sectional pieces too, I personally bought L shape + 1 ottaman. Sleeping needs: I didn't want to get a regular sofa-bed however I was amazingly surprised with the shape I got I can easily accommodate a person to sleep on each side/corner.. its almost like two twin size beds and like I mentioned earlier very comfy! Assembly: The easiest assembly I ever deal with, its very logical, same for the covers, very fast assembly. Cleaning: I already cleaned cushions and covers. The covers I put in the washer and let them dry out, easy care. I spilled something on the cushion so I also had to clean the entire cushion too. I removed the linen cover first, then unzipped the cushion covers to remove the yellow foam square in the middle. I soaked the "comforter cushion" in my bathtub and then let it dry out. honestly I was amazed how easy I can clean this and this is wonderful because I have a pet and I'm very clumsy too! I never leave reviews but I definitely needed to for this couch. I was skeptical with buying a couch online but this couch is amazing! It was super easy to put together.The hardest part was getting the cushions out. It is very comfortable, great quality and looks nice! I would definitely recommend!

Honestly I was scared to purchase but the reviews and photos seemed promising so I took the risk. I ended up going with the white 3 seater with ottoman. Overall I’m happy with my decision and so far love the couch. I plan on updating my review further along to let yall know how it’s held up. Below is a full break down of my current reveiw: Aesthetics & quality: I honestly love it. It’s a great cloud couch dupe for a great price. The white is a true pure white! I have a daughter so I’m not sure if the white was a good color decisions on my part but the covers are removable so we will see lol. The cushions and lining are a textured material and it adds an inviting and cozy feel to the modern shape. I could see the texture grabbing on to pet hair, etc, but nothing a good vacuuming or lint roller won’t fix. The couch is huge and 10 ft long so make sure to measure your space before purchasing! It sits low to the ground. The cushions are more on the firm side, but they are not uncomfortable and I could see them loosening up as time goes on. I haven’t had an issues with cushions sliding off or moving either. Overall I really do like the comfortability. I’m most curious about how the cushions and frame will hold up over time. If they get flat I can prob re stuff. So far so good but I will keep this updated posted. Shipping: The main reason for 4 stars. The ottoman arrived first. It was a good practice run to learn how to assemble the couch. It’s huge and has a great storage space but keep in mind the storage section is not lined. The couch followed a few days later, earlier than expected delivery, and was packed pretty well; however a piece of the wooden part that has one of the couch connector screw holes chipped off making it difficult to connect the couches bc the metal piece doesnt stay flush and wiggles around making it hard to lock the couches together in place. I plan on swapping the metal pieces on each couch the opposite way to see if that will help it not to wiggle and connect better. There’s like a male and female side to the connectors so hopefully that will help. The covers and cushions are under the bottom part of the couch. Removing the cushions and backings of the sofa was one of the hardest parts of assembly. Removing the cushions first will be the easiest way of removal. The bottom part of the sofas have raw wood material so be careful when grabbing not to get a splinter. Also props to the delivery guy for bringing these heavy boxes up 3 flights of stairs! Assembly: My last picture will show you how to line the covers of the corner sofa ends. Once you have it lined like this, it will be super easy to figure out which way the covers go. The mesh goes on the bottom of the couch. Take your time and be easy when aligning the seams and covers. You may have to do some wiggling and gentle tugging around to get it to fit perfectly. I found this part satisfying but could see others finding this annoying. It wasn’t that difficult to me. Make sure to take the Velcro off as you are lining it and make sure to gently I’ll firm for a seamless alignment. This will help make it perfect. Overall, I am happy and think the purchase was worth it! I’ll be back with updated. Hope this review was helpfull!

It’s an ok couch. The only thing is one of them ripped when inserting the back rest to the base/seat because we couldn’t get it in the slot. I tried to call the phone number. I’ve left 4 VM’s on different days with my phone number and haven’t received a call back. This was over a week ago. I’m still hoping they will call me. As of now, it’s not worth the price. I bought the 8 seater. I wish I hadn’t purchased this couch.

I think this might be the first review I’ve left for a product, but it is well deserved. I ordered the three piece plus the ottoman, and they came in four large boxes. One of the boxes was punctured, which I found later on that it actually went through the sofa. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it is the right under where the cushion is placed. I contacted the seller immediately to see what my options were. They offered either a partial refund for the piece, in addition to a replacement. Alternatively, I could select a refund for the full amount of the piece and keep the damaged piece. I opted for the second one, since I had gotten way ahead of myself and assembled the sofa already. As for the assembly part, it was not easy. I did do it alone, which contributed to the difficulty of putting it together. That being said, it is doable! The cushions are stuffed inside each of the modular sections, and I found that taking the cushions out were the hardest part. They were really crammed in there. Overall, I am sooo happy with how the couch turned out. It looks absolutely beautiful and is super comfortable to sit on. Great quality for the price! The customer service I received was just the cherry on top. Highly recommend!
