The media could not be loaded. I brought two different sectionals and I love them!! Both came faster than the date given. It took 3 hours to put everything together and it wasn’t hard at all. They were longer than I thought so I made my own little chair out of one.The couches are so comfortable and soft. The only thing that I do not like is that velcro isn’t on the back support pillows , I feel if they change that then the couches would be 100% perfect in my opinion. My bluetooth I can’t use yet due to a power plug they sent so I have reached out I will see what their response is and come back for an update on that. Update: This company is top tier in customer service !!! They have replaced my bluetooth speaker and been in communication every step of the way ... show more
