I love the fact that this is a true sectional - four separate pieces. That makes it flexible and easy to move. I also like the angled arms and the side cushions. They're perfect if you like to lay down or sleep on the couch. The length is perfect for me. At 6' 2" I can stretch out fully. I find the cushions comfortable, and I'm very pleased with the color... to my eyes, it's a bit cooler/bluer gray than what I saw on my monitor, but I consider that a plus. For the price I wholeheartedly recommend this couch!! I have had it a week now, and it is super comfy. The quality is great for the price point. In between each cushion it’s less comfy (you can’t feel the frame per say but it’s definitely less cushy), but the cushions themselves are like clouds. I also was struggling to find a couch on other popular furniture websites that wasn’t small and in the 80-90 inch range, but also not huge and 105+ inches, so this hits that mark perfectly. It has the look of the 3 cushion “cloud couch” style sofas I was eyeing but is slightly smaller (and cheaper) than those so fits in my space better! It took me alone about 1.5 hrs to set up, but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow, so it wasn’t a painful process at all. It came in 3 boxes, and also came way earlier than the predicted delivery date which I was happy about! It shipped 2 days after ordering and came 2 or 3 days after that. ... show more

This is a review for the 94" Dark Grey chenille version. I was really sceptical ordering this couch as it only had 2 reviews at the time, granted both were 5 stars. I took a chance on it and it's better quality than I was expecting, being familiar with "put it together yourself" furniture and couches. For context, this was a couch for my office that has a narrow entry that traditional couches cannot fit through and had to be segmented, hence being led to this listing. It arrived in 2 large boxes; one about 50 lbs and the other about 75 lbs. It was packaged very well with all of the pieces being zipped into the couch base. The covers and cushions arrived vacuum sealed. I would recommend opening all the cushions first and kicking the crap out of them so they can fluff up as you work on putting this together. This assembly is 100% tool-less. No screwdriver, no allen wrench, etc. The legs screw into the bottom, the arms and backs slide into pre-set metal grooves, the couch base is a standard sectional fixture that is already pre-installed on each piece. Just lift and nest the fittings. The cushions are overstuffed, so much so that trying to zip the cover on solo was a bit of a challenge. They are comfortable, but you need most of your weight to be toward the center of the cushion due to the pillow design. Obviously there's less stuffing toward the edges of the cushions. The cushion filling appears to be a poly-fill material and the cushion stuffing is sewn entirely shut. This means you cannot add or remove stuffing without cutting the insert open, if this is something you were looking to ever do. The fabric is soft and similar to those fabric couch covers but a bit better of quality. I cannot attest to how it does with spills or stains as I haven't had to deal with any of that yet (and hope to keep it that way.) The purpose of this couch was to function as both a couch and also as a "guest bed". Obviously this is not a pull out couch or pop-up style, but it sits deep and the back cushions can be removed if needed to create more room. I've personally fallen asleep on this couch several times, both as a nap and as my bed for the night. Each person's comfort level is different, but what I'm saying is it's comfy enough to sleep on. I personally find it more comfortable than sleeping on a traditional couch. I did not have any issues or gripes with this couch or its assembly. I love this couch, my cats love this couch, and I think it's a great addition to my office. This review was posted after several weeks of use, not directly after assembly. When I thought I hadn't received all three parts of the sofa, I couldn't find a resolution with the initial customer service, but the owner personally reached out to me to help resolve the issue, he was very attentive and helpful in trying to find a resolution for me-based off that alone I would highly recommend.
