10th time leaving a review :) they keep removing my review but I have time to truly help anyone thinking about getting this couch. DO NOT BUY. We’ve had it for 8 months & it became our worst purchase & our biggest regret at just 2 months. Pilling is so bad (started pilling at 3 months). You constantly have to fluff all the cushions. The cushions slides out and does not stay in place after sitting on it for only 5 minutes. The backing of our couch is BENT from sitting. Quality SUCKS and so does customer service. Save your money & buy a better quality couch because this one is NOT WORTH IT. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I ordered the three seater and the ottoman. The couch is soft but firm. I’m hoping it will get softer over time. The set up was very easy and the packages came within two days of each other. The customer service has been excellent. I’m very pleased with my purchase.
