The guards that came with the Wahl clippers are a bit flimsy and fit poorly, sometimes even falling off while cutting. These new guards are much sturdier and snap firmly into place with a satisfying click. Good product.

These are not the correct sizes as stated on the clippers. The 1 1/2 says it is 4.5mm but it is much bigger than my 2.0 6mm Wahl. The 1 or 3mm is bigger than my Wahl 1 or 3mm and the 1/2 or 1.5mm is the same size as my Wahl 1 or 3mm. I could understand if a different numbering system were being used but the sizes on the clips don't match the actual sizes. ... show more

    • Just buy the factory one.

It has the same markings as the original but it doesn't cut that short. I guess the plastic is just thicker - but you will notice the difference. Another cheap Chinese knock off. Just buy the factory one.
