I bought this to keep my phone charged while riding my motorcycle. My phone is mounted to my handlebars and was running a rider-specific GPS app and playing music for my Cardo Packtalk Black. With these apps running it would not charge, only hold the battery percent where it was (plus or minus 2%). I then tried it with a Garmin Zumo GPS and it wouldn't even hold the charge.
