House is set up with Hue bulbs throughout. We found ourselves manually turning on the ceiling fan lights in the living room for additional brightness. Didn't want to pay the price for hue bulbs to fit the fan, so opted for these adapters to use with my existing bulbs. They work fine. I needed these to convert the smaller base to a regular bulb base for my smart bulbs since this old house doesn't have neutral wires for smart switches. These are cheaper than an electrician to put in a neutral wire.
