The Clever Fox bill tracker notebook is a monthly ledger and financial planner. It's an A5 size, which is a nice size for writing in and does not take up a lot of desk space. The cover feels like PU leather and has an elastic loop on the back cover to hold a pen or pencil. I use a fine point fountain pen, and it writes nicely on it, no bleed or feathering on the heavy paper. Most of pages in the book are monthly ledger, with only three dot grid pages for notes. There is a packet in the back for receipts and loose papers, but with enough pages for ten years of monthly budgeting, the pocket is definitely not going to hold many receipts (and the book wouldn't close if it did!) The limited number of note pages and small pocket are not a negative for me. I use sticky notes and page markers on ledger pages to mark important purchases and keep receipts in a file drawer.

The media could not be loaded. So, bills. Ugh, right? I used to just let ‘em pile up in random drawers, swear I’d get organized, and then end up paying late fees while panic-eating ramen. Enter the Clever Fox Bill Tracker Notebook—this ridiculously cheerful little book I didn’t expect to love, but here we are. First off, the thing just *looks* good. It’s got that “I’ve got my life together” vibe, which, let’s be real, I desperately need. Tosses right into my bag without turning into a crumpled mess, which is more than I can say for most of my receipts. There’s even a mini pocket for stashing those bills until you’re ready to face them. Revolutionary? Maybe not. Weirdly satisfying? Absolutely. But where this thing actually earns its keep is in the way it’s set up. You get a new spread every month to scribble down due dates, how much you owe, whether you’ve actually paid or just thought about it while watching Netflix. I started color-coding everything like some kind of budgeting Picasso and, honestly, it made the whole thing almost fun. Yeah, I said it. Fun. Now, a couple little gripes because nothing’s perfect. The paper’s okay, but if you’re a gel pen enthusiast who likes to press down like you’re carving your memoirs, prepare for some smudgy sadness. This book makes it very easy to keep track of all of my monthly bills and expenses. Every page looks exactly the same and is labeled with easy to read writing and instructions for what needs to go where, total income, what needs to be paid, how much you have left etc… The book itself although simple is very nice looking and well made. It also has a spot on the side to attach a pen to it. This book will definitely last and be used for many years to come so it’s definitely a good value for the price!
