Having now assembled 2 of these chairs, I see what people mean about the bolt - boltthread alignment. The seat is easy to install, but installing the back is reminiscent of making a bed with a fitted sheet that's too small. If the Clatina company would make the back about an inch wider, and pay more attention to this alignment, the chair would be perfect. For simple feedback we asked customers if they liked the chair, and they all mentioned they are comfortable. As they do sit there for upwards of an hour listening to paperwork and such that was good to hear. Given that product is sturdy and comfortable via customers.

This chair is very poorly constructed and creates many problems for the buyer during assembly. Additionally, it has ergonomic issues, causing back pain after a short period of use. I finally decided to return the product, but I discovered that the claim of free returns is false. If someone wants to return this item, they have to pay the shipping cost for a 20 LB package to another state. Amazon does not offer any help and directly refers you to the seller, even though Amazon sold you the chair and received the payment. ... show more
