We purchased 8 chairs which came in 4 boxes. We were able to assemble 5 of them with great difficulty and contacted the seller who sent us 3 more chairs. After struggling with the chairs for hours we were finally able to assemble 8 of them. The chairs that could not be assembled were due to uneven manufactured sections that no matter what we did they would be wobbly on the floor. We used the chairs for a poker game and within 15 minutes, the castors on 4 of the chairs broke - see the photos. Our guests weigh less than 160lb with one weighing 95lb who was sitting on one of chairs that the castor broke. The chairs scratched our flooring so I immediately asked everyone to get up and we stopped using them. I contacted Amazon to return the chairs. All I received was a return confirmation with mailing labels which were not pre-paid. So I contacted the seller who told me to contact Amazon since return labels were issued by Amazon. After going back and forth for several days, I filed an A-Z claim and was assured by Amazon customer service that they will follow up with the seller and get me pre-paid shipping labels. Note that we now have 6 boxes, and the cheapest shipping method would cost over $765 with UPS ground while Amazon requested we ship them back requesting signature which meant using Fedex or USPS. Well, Fedex would cost twice and much while USPS would not accommodate boxes of this size and weight. After over a dozen fall calls and chats with Amazon who kept telling me not to worry as the seller is just dragging its feet to run out the clock so we will lose the window to ship the chairs back, I filed a dispute with Visa and after waiting for 45 days Visa finally closed the dispute and credited our account. This seller is a fraud. The phone number they list on their site is out of service. Their chairs are completely useless. Amazon A-Z sounds great but did not help us in any way. We will never buy any large items from Amazon again after this fiasco. I am now working with my garbage collection service to come and pick up the boxes that have been sitting in my living room for almost 3 months. Oh yeah. One more thing. Amazon customer service supervisor told me in chat (I have screenshots of the chat) that he will refund my prime membership as a courtesy since some of the payment was through a gift card, and surprise, no such refund was issued. So even though Visa issued me a credit, I am still down about $80 because a gift card was used for part of the payment. ... show more

    • Left-Right Motion? Not so fast….
Color: Withwheels Black Size: 4 pack
The “with wheels” version of these chairs are garbage—the non-wheel type is just fine. Why? Because the wheels are not designed to be multi-directional! This, when someone to your side wants you to move slightly in their direction, you simply cannot do so. Admittedly, one fun thing about the chairs is tracking your co-workers’ disappointment in real-time as they discover that they cannot move freely while sitting in them. Eventually, you will become so frustrated with these chairs, you’ll rip the wheels off entirely. But then, you’ll be sitting 2-3 inches lower than in a non-garbage chair. If I had the patience I would disassemble and return them. Instead, the set of four is sitting in an empty office waiting for their next victim. ... show more

    • Look nice but aren’t good quality
Color: Withwheels Black Size: 8 pack
These chairs do not stack properly and are very flimsy. They do look nice in a room and are a good size with arm rests. Wheels don’t work well on bottom, however.

    • Don’t waste your money!
Color: Withwheels Black Size: 4 pack
Came in 2 boxes of 2. One set was damaged in shipping and the seller sent the second 2. Rollers broke on install. When I asked the buyer for replacements, no response. A client sat in one chair and it broke the first time in use. I asked for a refund and no response. Not what we expected and a complete waste of money. ... show more

    • Casters did not work well ; would not roll while seated
Color: Withwheels Black Size: 8 pack
The chair looked good; however, when you sat in it the legs flexed and the wheels would not move. It would not allow you to roll around while seated in the chair. It might work if you did not need casters.

    • DEFECTIVE - DO NOT PURCHASE
Color: Withwheels Black Size: 4 pack
I purchased these for my office conference room. Upon opening the package the chair pieces were defective, broken, twisted with random stripped screws, and misaligned pilot holes. I have tried to contact the company for refund and none of their emails work or phone numbers. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! ... show more
