I am quite happy with this chair! Have been using it over 2 months and can't really say anything bad about it. It does exactly what the description says. You can easily adjust the arms and height, which was my main driver behind buying an ergonomic chair. This one works quite well and offers a decent range of adjustment, especially for the yaw motion of the arm support (rotation). I go from laptop (internally rotated) to desktop K&B (externally rotated) few times during my day and it's super easy to adjust. Assembly is the easiest I've ever seen. Materials seem good quality! Only down side is that the support for the back can be a little more adjustable and personalized but even then, for the price, you can't ask too much

We have two of the cloth models. It was a little difficult to get the wheels on, but the rest of the assembly went very quickly; we just had to keep trying from different angles. This chair is so comfortable and easy to adjust. I have back issues and had difficulty finding a chair that wasn't outrageously expensive. This looks nice and feels good and seems to be good quality. The only drawback is that the arm rests easily move out - not generally a problem if I'm just resting my arms on them with a direct downwards pressure.

The parts are defective. Backrest does not assemble to seat. See the picture. Do not buy this chair. It took some effort to disassemble and put it back in the original packaging. The seller provided free return. However, I had to take the heavy boxes to UPS store. I later purchased "The HON Company HON Ignition 2.0 (HONI2M2AMLC10TK)" chair which turned out to be great.

These chairs were easy to put together. I put them both together in about 30 minutes. I use my chair about 10-12 hours a day and have no back pain. This is the third one we bought for the office as everyone keeps stealing them from each other. Worth the price
