1. Good quality, sturdy (it actually seems like great quality for the price, but reserving judgment since I’ve only had it a couple weeks) 2. The chairs have a full adult-sized seat, so it’s comfortable. 3. Just be aware that the chairs don’t fully slide under the table - as you can see in photos, there’s not space to push them in. To me, this is fine because it means the chairs are full sized versus “dainty” enough to squeeze under a 42” table. 4. The chairs have an outward curve to the backrest - I find it to be comfortable, but if you’re big on straight posture, you might prefer more of a straight backed chair 5. I like the oak wood color, it’s rich (slight variations in the table top and some of the chairs, but that’s fine with me) 6. I’ve read in other reviews that the table top can scratch easily, so I put those small foam stickers on the base of the centerpiece just in case 7. The price here is better than this same dining set on any other website (those can go up to $1,000). 8. Assembly was reasonably straightforward (more so than any other flat pack furniture I’ve bought before) - more details below on that. Assembly comments: - Everything came well-packed and in perfect condition (it’s around 4 very large, oversized boxes, but that’s good because there aren’t as many pieces to put together). - Recommend paying the extra (when you check out) to have them carry the boxes to your room of choice (I think there might also be an option to pay for assembly). - I’m glad my contractor was there to lift and place the table top piece onto the pedestal - might have been a bit challenging on my own. - For the chairs, you attach the front two legs to the seat, then the entire backrest and back legs are one solid piece that you attach. Straight forward. - Slightly annoying using the allen wrench in tight spaces under the chair, but it was fine (I mostly screwed them in with my hand, then just tightened using the allen wrench. Ignore the mess in the pics,,we’re renovating. Happy dining! ... show more

Pros: solid wood and feels sturdy Comes in 4 well packed separate boxes Assembly instructions are clear Easy assembly if you have power tools 1-2 persons enough for assembly Nice off white color Got it in nice deal for less than 400$ Cons: Paint comes off very easily. Just touching to another chair or table will scratch the paint off. Decided to give a clear Matte top coat to protect the paint. For now I am satisfied with the dining set for the price I paid.otherwise I would give 3 star. Need to see how durable this wood would be! ... show more

I ordered this and did not have the highest of expectations, but needed something and figured if it got me through the rest of the year it would be worth the money spent. I was shocked when I got it... the quality is amazing, solid table and chairs. I was able to put everything together myself and it did not take me all day to do so. Couple hours (only because I was watching tv and playing with my dogs at the same time). I sat in one of the chairs and was shocked again.. the size of them are amazing. I am so happy I purchased this and I know I will be using it for a long time. ... show more

Me and my wife just moved in and we were eager to get our dinning set, since we have been eating on the marble kitchen top so far. The price and the 4-star overall rating were enough to convince us to buy this product, even though we didn't know the brand. When we opened it, the first chair had a horrible finishing touch (as you can see in the pictures). At first, we thought it was because it is in the bottom of the chair and they tried to reduce costs, so we decided to give it another chance. When we assemble the other parts, we realized that the top part was also broken and with almost no finishing. Again, we thought that maybe it was just this chair and we can try to return just this one. But then we realized that every chair in the set is so poorly made. Cracks and stains were all over the pieces. They clearly don't have any quality control department. I will never ever buy from them again. ... show more

This table and chairs are very sturdy and was easy to assemble. I am very disappointed in the color of the table and the seat of the chairs. They are "orange". I will keep the set and eventually paint the items black. I can't recommend because of the orange color.
