Purchased this stethoscope for work. Didn’t expect Littman quality. For the price, I did expect good quality. What I got was a stethoscope that when you went to change the bell, the tubing twisted around. Once I got hold on the metal tube and twisted I got an even bigger surprise. You could not change the opening side of the bell. Both sides stayed open - no matter how you worked with it. Guess what, you cannot ascultate sounds when you hear from both sides of the bell.
