    • Perfect Short Queen Mattress – Cool, Supportive, and Great Quality
Item Thickness: 8 Inches Size: Short Queen
I’ve been really impressed with this Cool Gel 8” Short Queen Memory Foam Mattress. It arrived compressed in a box, and once opened it expanded quickly and was ready to use within a few hours. There was very little odor, which was a nice surprise compared to other memory foam mattresses I’ve tried. The medium-firm feel is just right. It has enough support to keep your back aligned but still provides that comfortable memory foam contouring. It relieves pressure really well around the shoulders and hips, making it comfortable whether you sleep on your back or side. One thing I really like is the cool gel layer. Memory foam mattresses can sometimes trap heat, but this one does a good job staying cooler throughout the night. The breathable cover also helps with airflow and feels soft to the touch. The short queen size fits perfectly in RVs or smaller spaces where a standard queen is too long, and the 8-inch profile still feels supportive without being overly bulky. Overall, this mattress offers excellent comfort, good support, and great value for the price. If you’re looking for a quality short queen memory foam mattress that sleeps cool and feels supportive, this one is definitely worth considering. Highly recommend. ... show more

    • Comfy short queen upgrade
Item Thickness: 8 Inches Size: Short Queen
Edit: while definitely an upgrade over the original mattress, we slept on it two nights before making an emergency trip to a “local” Walmart 90 minutes from our campsite to buy a 4” mattress topper. I found the bed too hot and my partner thought it was too firm. The cooling gel/foam topper solved both problems. Would still buy this mattress but get a topper right away. Our toy hauler came with a 6” queen mattress that was as comfy as a concrete block. We wanted to upgrade and opted for a short queen sized mattress so we could walk around the bed easier. The price (under $200) was great! On arrival, we unrolled it in the bed platform and it took shape almost immediately. It fit perfectly! It’s a bit firm for our liking, but compared to the old mattress, it’s a huge improvement! No more literal bruises on my hips! The grippy bottom holds the mattress in place, the length is still long enough my feet don’t hang off (5’9”), and I don’t feel my partner toss and turn all night (just a tiny bit!) while the support is firmer than we like, it still suits our needs better than the original! We’ll get a topper to fix that. ... show more

    • Extra firm
Item Thickness: 8 Inches Size: Queen
I've now completed 7 days of sleeping on this mattress. The unboxing and unwrapping was easy. I did this on my own with no issue. It fluffed up rather quickly, though the ends and corners took a bit more time. No bigger there. My previous mattress was playing out and I had been suffering many sleepless and painful nights. After visiting with Mt chiropractor about options this is the bed he suggested. I thought it would cost a fortune but was surprised when I actually looked it up. Again 7 days in and I can say my nights are restful once more. Now I do prefer a firm mattress, however that being said this one may be more on the firm side than I would have preferred, but ad mentioned the sleepless night and lower back/hip pain are behind me now so I'm fine with it. I assume it may soften up some over time as all mattresses will do. It is overall pretty comfortable and I truly have no major complaints. If it holds up well in the months to come I truly would consider buying a 2nd for the guest bed. ... show more

    • Camping Mattress
Item Thickness: 8 Inches Size: Short Queen
Bought this for my camper. The mattress that was in it was old and very uncomfortable. As soon as i put this on the bed, It seemed like it was gonna be very comfortable. Was very easy getting it out of the plastic and putting on the bed, just had to have my husband help as it was a bit heavy. Cant wait till it gets the size its suppose to be so i can test it out. Will leave an update when that happens. Shipping was very fast. Was very impressed. It has a weird smell to it but im sure its because it was in the plastic. Its a nice sunny day today so have all the windows open so that should help. UPDATE: Slept on it last night and it was not comfortable at all to me. Its very very firm!! Tossed and turned all night long. My whole body was hurting so bad. Its so hard!! Im sure if you like firm, this mattress would be for you. I like somewhat firm but this was a bit too firm. Over 24 hours later and the top corners are still pressed down, they did not expand like the rest of the bed which caused my head to be downhill. UPDATE: 6 days later. Its risen as far as its going to. The top corners still are pinched down and didnt rise up all the way. Still cant sleep on the mattress. Its still VERY firm. Its a very nice mattress but just too firm for me and the ends didnt rise all the way up. They gave me a full refund and suppose to have it within 3-5 days. ... show more

    • Good If You Like a VERY FIRM bed
Item Thickness: 8 Inches Size: Queen
We've had this bed since May 4 2015, so not very long. It was very easy to unpack and light enough to move around easily on my own. I'm a female and only 5'1. It does have a smell when you first open it. We opened it at 7am, open all the bedroom windows and left two fans running and closed the bedroom door. We went to bed at 12 midnight and the smell was mostly gone. It wasn't so bad that we couldn't sleep. The bed is very firm, yet comfortable enough to sleep on. I normally like very soft beds but my boyfriend prefers firm so I went with this bed, since some reviews said it was soft/yet firm. I can see how some people might think it is somewhat soft, but it really isn't. It's mostly just firm. My boyfriend doesn't like it. We had been sleeping on an air bed and that was very comfortable put it moved too much and I hated that. Plus with airbeds you have to replace them every year since they start to deflate on a regular basis. Thus why I thought to try this bed. Whatever you do, do not put a protector on this bed!!!! It seals in the heat and makes sleeping very uncomfortable and you'll wake up full of sweat, at least I did. I finally removed the protector last night and it made a huge difference! The other thing most nights I can't get my pillows in a comfortable position no matter what I do. Most mornings I wake up with a stiff neck and hurt shoulder. It's pretty much hit or miss if I can get comfortable with my pillows even if I position them exactly the same way of a "good night" not really sure what the issue is. In short if you like a very firm bed this bed is for you, if you don't do not buy it. Update: It's now January, 2019, so the mattress is almost 5 years old. It's held up very well, and now both my boyfriend and I love it. It took a couple of months but eventually the bed molded to us well. ... show more
