I’m really happy with this foldable sofa bed. It arrived compressed, but once it fully expanded, it became surprisingly comfortable. The zipper is very thin, tiny plastic zipper so when you let it explode for 72 hours and get big it feels comfy till you look at the side the zipper is ripping so I requested a refund that that’s where all hell broke loose, the company approved a refund what they didn’t plan for was a expanded item when it comes in a vacuum sealed it’s tiny, but this is a huge chair heavy too so UPS not only insisted that I paid for one big box but paid for two boxes to put the chair and the pillows that come with it in there and then that was $45 each +2 dollars per package for the labels so that was another four dollars that’s $94 so take a look at your price it’s less than that! Easy for them to say sure will approve your return, but there’s no way to get it back to them so I still have it and it’s doing no good because it was going to go in my vacation rental and I’m not gonna have a bad review because they’re going to sit on it see a ripped zipper ! I tried to reach out to him, but once you activate a refund, you can’t talk to him until this request for review comes up. That’s it there’s no way of reconnecting with them. ... show more

Super comfortable and very soft fabric! My issue is the "velco" is virtually useless so the rolled and flatter pillow portions do not stay on unless it's leaned up against a wall. I picked this one in particular because it was supposed to be a seat with back independently but that is not the case at all. Also mine had an orange rust colored patch on it when it arrived.
