Was gifted this bike and put against the other two we had, I like this one the most. Your have a more gradual assist, unlike some that jump from barely any assist to what feels like you’re speeding off on a motorcycle (1-2nd physical assist). The seat is a bit stiff otherwise the ride is smooth. Get thicker wheels and you’ll be able to go up to 30 miles per charge. I attached single lights, an alarm, a phone holder/pouch, and gps with plenty of room. The light is decently bright, and the bike is lighter than others. Only wish they had replacement batteries. Now for the cons: The breaks rub and are not centered, the tires are thin and I got a flat on my second ride when I road on clean paved streets with bike paths. No ... show more

The bike arrived undamaged and sooner than expected. Assembly was fast and easy, 30 mins tops. The bike rides smooth, no noises, clanging accessories or break squealing. It is very solidly built. Riding position can be adjusted but is comfortable out of the box. Seat is ok, not immediately in need of upgrade. It is very comfortable to pedal in 7th gear in pedal assist level 2 which delivers about 14-15 mph at a comfortable pedaling rate. Top speed was 20mph throttle only (215 lb rider) and about 22 pedaling. Handles curbs and rough/cracked pavement effortlessly. It’s not a $1000+ bike, but for exercise, recreational use or light commuting it would be a great fit. I highly recommend this bike if you only have about $400 to spend on a bike or are new to e-biking. ... show more
