  • Well made, fun e-bike for local trips! Great value.
Color: Black Style: 36v-peak 750w-22mph
I've had many bicycles, this is my first ebike. I'm 6'1", 160lbs and the bike fits me fine. After struggling up the hills around Portland and Vancouver, I decided to finally try an electric. I've had it for just over two months and I have 100+ miles. So far, it's amazing. It looks great, rides great, and is lots of fun. Durability seems good. Assembly was easy, no issues at all with build quality and the value is through the roof. All of this shipped to my door for under $500. It has 5 pedal assist modes and a throttle. There are 7 gear speeds. FYI the electric pedal assist power immediately disengages when either brake, the shifter, or the throttle are touched. This is a great safety feature to be aware of. I find that keeping my gear speed 2 speeds above the pedal assist speed works well. So PAS 1 = gear 3, full speed PAS 5 = high gear 7, etc. I most commonly just keep it in high gear with pedal assist on 4 or 5. This gets me around town, around 20 miles range. This gets into possible negatives: battery life and power. I won't remove any stars, because I was not expecting a huge, powerful battery. Just be aware, that if you want to cruise around all day without pedaling and blast up very steep hills, this bike is not for you. On steep hills, you will definitely be pedaling! This bike is more equivalent to a hybrid car, rather than a full electric car. I still want the exercise of a bike ride, and I get it.. I just don't get destroyed on hills or long rides. I can add my daughter in a bike trailer and be able to pedal around without my legs falling off. The only other thing I would want would be the gearing slightly higher, so I could still get pedal resistance when coming down faster hills. For me though, those are all non-issues, I'm just letting others know. Customer service has been responsive, they sent me a video of how to remove the rear tire to change the tube.. it wasn't much worse than a normal bicycle with derailleur. Highly recommend this bicycle! ... show more

  • Awesome Ebike with locked battery. Easy Assemble. TOTALLY WORTH EVERY DOLLAR!
Color: Black Style: 36v With Fenders&rack
The media could not be loaded. My son purchased this bike for college. It was easy to assemble. Directions wree very clear. The bike is very stable for our son which is 6'3 and weighs 210 lbs. It has strong power for him to go up and down the hills where we live. My son was so excited to use his bike that we didn't put on the mud flaps/fenders until a week later because he enjoyed it so much (and it wasn't raining), which was an easy assemble. We are in the process of putting on the rack in the back. It should hold 50 lbs ( which is a lot of groceries or books ). The bike itself is a bit weighty, nearly 55 lbs, but is very easy to pick up. The battery is only detachable with a key which was one of the selling points. It is a 7 speed with 3 functions (pedal only, partial pedal assistance and full electric). The seat is pretty comfortable compared to some other 7 or 21 speeds. This bike appealed to our family because our son doesn't currently have a driver's license but will be living on campus and this makes it easier for him to get around town quicker ( max 22mph ) ... show more

  • Say, that's a nice bike!
Color: Black Style: 36v-peak 750w-22mph
It's a good idea to read the reviews before you begin putting this together. The assembly instructions given in the booklet and video are not quite accurate. But thank goodness for the reviews! My front tire didn't come with a quick release feature, like the one in the instructions. I was about to contact the seller to exchange it when I noticed another reviewer mentioned he didn't get the correct tire either. But this one still fits. So I went ahead and successfully installed it, after fiddling with the nuts and bolts a bit. Also, some parts of the bike have already been pre-assembled so you may skip some of the instructions. And finally remember when you install the pedals to turn the nut to the right (clockwise) for the right pedal and to the left (counterclockwise) for the left pedal to tighten them. The video tried to explain this but the arrows were going the wrong way. A few additional observations. My box arrived pretty beat up and the parts inside were all jumbled together, not neatly packed like in the video. Some packing materials were even missing. But fortunately the bike itself wasn't damaged. The bike is heavy, heavier than my mountain bike, even without the battery. This is a concern because there will be times when I'll need to carry it up the steps. But the weight does give it a more solid, premium feel. My first day of riding went fairly smoothly, except for one thing. This is my first electric bike so I have nothing to compare it to but the power feels strong. I kept it at the first level and it's pretty strong. I can't imagine ever needing to go higher. On a level surface it goes pretty fast and the speed seems to be only limited by the setting. But going up hill is where this really shines. I live on top of a hill and always dreaded biking my way back home. This bike made it a breeze, even at the first setting. Pedaling with the pedal assist going uphill felt like pedaling on a level surface. This is the reason I got this bike. The one hiccup I had was the chain popped out and got stuck between the teeth and the frame. But I did manage to unstuck the chain and put it back on the teeth. I've only rode it for about a mile but so far so good. Fingers crossed that this will continue. Also just to help keep expectations realistic, assembly took me about an hour or so, not the 20 minutes for some reviewers. ... show more

Color: Cement Grey Style: 36v-peak 750w-22mph
Poor customer service . Purchased bike April 2025 . At first , great . 120 miles no issues . No accidents . No poor weather conditions . Battery and display working fine , but no power coming from motor . Throttle doesn’t work . All wires appear fine . Have called QLIFE thirty times in past two weeks . Never speak to someone . I’ve emailed five times , no response . Local bike shops unable to help as they can’t do diagnostics on this bike and stated qlife is a nightmare to work with . Good bike until it’s not and then you’re left with an expensive porch piece. ... show more
