You are not going to find a better consumer for under $20, seriously. Throw on a windbreaker and this, and boom, costume. Looks very goofy, but that’s the point! There is more than enough accessories to make it fun and customizable, too. Costumes can be weird with sizes but really, this is perfectly fine for most people. Quality? Decent. This is a really cool set of accessories for teens or adults that want to dress up like a rapper. My teenager really enjoyed it this Halloween. Everything came packaged very nicely, the quality is ok, plenty to accessorize with, great size and style as well ☺️ it gave the look we needed it to. There was no irritation while wearing it. However the costume jewelry started to turn after hours, 5 from the initial wear.

All is what I expected at this pricepoint. Biggest complaint is the hat, it is undersized and I do not have a large noggin. They should have made it with elastic or just bigger, more sized for a pre-teen I would say.
