Have had this watch almost a month now just over 3 weeks. Watch has held its time to the second. The watch seems to hold up well and is very sleek. You can wear just going to get groceries to a formal event or having fun outdoors without looking out of place. I have not tested it swimming yet but will be another update for that. The cons only are with the strap. While the design looks nice it's function is mediocre. The watch will slip backwards and needs to be adjusted forward constantly. If I tighten to next notch it causes sweat and is a bit to tight especially since rubber doesn't breathe. The band's to hold the excess strap down tend to slide up allowing the flap to stick out. To remedy this I have bought a NATO strap which feels much better and comfortable. I have provided pictures of this as to show the look. Many people have asked and don't see many or any of these with a NATO. This watch fits the 22mm straps. I give the watch 5 stars while the band I give the band on the watch a 2. Update: 10/25/2019 I have taken this watch to the beach a few times in very rough conditions. I have sprayed high pressure hose on it, been covered and stick in sand and mud, banged around a bit. This thing had pretty much gone through the gauntlet. Hasn't lost time and have had no issues. This watch is a lot tougher than it looks. ... show more

I had been considering purchasing a Breitling for quite some time. Did I really want to pay thousands of dollars for a watch to get the styling and look I wanted? The answer was maybe until I stumbled across this watch. For less than $150 I got the styling and look I wanted without the hassle of a self-winding watch or a watch that needs a battery. I own a Citizen Titanium Eco Drive that I purchased many years ago and it still works great. When my new purchase arrived I was extremely happy with the look. I have small wrists and was concerned that the watch might be too over-powering but it fits great and the wrist band is very comfortable. Before I ordered the watch my biggest concern was the wrist band being too large for my wrist, which could create an overlap of the band. The wrist band fits great with limited overlap. I contacted Citizen Watch Company and was told all the movements are made in Japan. The watches are either made in Japan (movement made in Japan and watch assembled in Japan) or made in China (movement made in Japan and watch assembled in China). Citizen is a good entry-level watch brand, and their Eco-Drive technology is great, you never have to worry about changing the battery in your watch, and in the years I've had them, the Eco-Drives keep the time very accurately once set. I got this watch to replace my everyday $40 digital Timex from Walmart, and it's an okay watch, although a bit too dressy-looking for everyday purposes and it's too delicate to wear outdoors camping or hiking, or working outdoors. I also don't prefer the lack of numerals on the dial, and am looking to get another good quality watch with numerals for easier reading for everyday purposes. But this watch is great and looks great if you're wearing a shirt and tie, suit, etc. The hands and ticks on the dial are luminescent in the dark, although not very bright, but it is very functional, and a good value for the money. The band is adjustable black rubber, and comfortable on the wrist. Can't go wrong with a Citizen. ... show more
