Very impressed with the look and quality of the watch and it has a good weight to it as well. This is not my first Citizen watch that I have owned. I have gotten several comments on how good it looks. The only complaint I have so far is the hour markers do not illuminate as well as they should. The hour, minute and seconds hand markers illuminate very well, but all of them do not last very long when they do. Other than that, I love the watch. I have others that do not Illuminate at all and it's not a big deal, but it would be nice if they did. Set up was fairly easy once I downloaded and read the instructions. the finish is very nice, and I really like the face color. It's a gray smokey and almost looks like it has a very lite bluish hue to it when the light hits it just the right way, but it's definitely gray though. Love this watch! It is a quality piece that can be used for casual as well as formal. I have received many compliments on this watch. I will admit, some of the settings are a bit confusing, and having to go to their website to obtain directions is a bit odd to me, so my suggestion is to add a manual or at least a QR code to make finding the directions easier. looks like I got scammed. I dont even think this is a real Citizen watch. I've been checking for this watch on their website and it doesn't even come up. It looks pretty and all but doesn't work for nothing. I should've known better.

My husband loves, wears, and collects watches. He has 2 other versions of this watch, one in brown, another in silver, and he loves them both. He's got a big birthday coming up I, so i thought it would make a perfect gift. I couldn't wait to see this black one and when it arrived I opened the package, shipped and sold by Amazon, right away. My first concern was that it was in a brown bag instead of a box. Sure enough there was a little ding on the corner of the watch box. Could've been prevented, but I'm getting used to seeing this happen. What I'm not used to is opening the box and finding an upside down watch, with no protective film. Not on the face/dial and not on the clasp. Getting a replacement isn't an option for several reasons, same with doing a return and a reorder. So much for making this birthday special.
