Nice product, once you get it together. It will take 2 persons to install. Instructions with cowl aren’t as clear as they could be. Also missing a few washers. Items were packed nicely but UPS beat up the box something fierce and caused a few scratches (fixable). This cowl versus the more expensive one is real nice but is not as beefed up as the competitors model, but also almost $1400 less. Your budget will determine what you buy. So yes this is cheaper than the competitors but it shows the cowl itself has small nicks and scratches that it came with that are rusting the hardware is a junk soft metal that is rusting. No instructions on install pain to wire together and the led lights are absolutely junk they don’t adjust to a good position and they are extremely dim really wish I would have just went with a light bar. ... show more

    • coating is bad, hardware is missing
its a very nice addition but with some problem:: the coating on the item is awful, several places along the edges that were bare metal (had to use touch up paint) was missing multiple bolts and nuts, with that said only after several days I am noticing some rust along the edge of the unit and where it is bolted together, hopefully it can be stopped with a little touch up paint (we'll have to wait and see) my opinion the unit needs to be powder coated much better to avoid constantly having to touch up faults ... show more

Looks great, but… comes I unassembled and without instructions. It takes two people to install, a total of two and a half hours with power tools! Some parts were missing and my BF didn’t know until he was halfway into installing. The wipers were scraping so adjustments were needed.

    • Looks good , but terrible product
They give you sub par hardware .. soft metal where everything cross threads and head strips out of screws .. on top of that one rain fall and junk bolts rusted. Save your self the headache and move on
