    • Overall, it’s a “yes”
Color: Standard Black
If you were like me, you saw so many scooters out there and had no idea what to pick. And you’re also very heavy and didn’t want to rely on the standard 230 pound weight limit scooters. I wanted to get a scooter that had well over 100 pounds buffer of a weight limit. I also did not want the bottom tier scooter, but I also did not want something that was going to be over 1000 either. I searched what was the best one and finally found someone on Reddit one time recommend the CIRCOOT ER For scooters for heavy people. However, I will say, don’t get too hung up on Reddit. After I chose the scooter, I ended up seeing some negative opinions about it and that’s when I started to realize people on Reddit can be snobbish. So don’t let one negative opinion on a product make you not Get it. Some people on Reddit will call a product or a brand garbage because they don’t use the absolute highest quality most expensive materials lol but if they were going to do that, this scooter would be a $2000 lol that’s the thing with Reddit. It’s people of all different incomes Being snobbish about the things they buy and acting like anyone can just buy the absolute nicest highest quality version lol. I will say, I’ve gotten a tiny bit of use out of this so far, I’ve had it for a month and I’ve done like traveling with it. I will say this. This is not the scooter that you’re gonna be able to take on a 10 mile commute there and back. If you’re planning to do that, you will have to charge it and you will have to have it charging for about six hours. So if you’re working 10 miles away, That might be the far limit on what it can handle. I noticed the thing usually dies at about 14 miles. My rule of thumb, I like to set a hard limit on 5 miles traveling. Anything further than that, I’m not a fan and I start to consider Uber. So if you want, maybe a longer range, I think there’s a pro version of this for $100 more and you might wanna spend that. For me, this is good enough. Walking really slow you the heck down even if you’re walking 500 feet away. So I looked this as a great thing to get me to the immediate vicinity in the city I live. Anyway, it’s a yes for me. This thing is good. ... show more

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The scooter arrived in good condition, is easy to use, and performs exactly as expected. It feels sturdy, comfortable, and provides a smooth ride. What impressed me the most was the customer service. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the support team responded quickly and professionally. They were friendly, helpful, and made sure my issue was resolved. Overall, I am very happy with both the product and the service. I would definitely recommend this scooter and seller to others looking for a reliable product backed by excellent customer support. ... show more

    • Very bad build quality
Color: Standard Black
This thing is a total piece. I did like it until I got a nail in the tire through the sidewall. It has no slack to work with the tire to take the thing off... So I take apart the deck to get to the power connector to pull the rear wheel off and after removing every bolt and pulling the deck apart (where the screws were stripped during assembly and had to be drilled out, just by the way....).... the connectors are plugged into the motherboard and then cemented in place by a giant brick of super glue... How would I go about replacing the motor wheel sold on the website if I needed to? How am I supposed to disconnect the power from that? Is there any input on how to fix this stupid tire? ... show more

    • Very nice
Color: Standard Black
This is a very nice scooter, long range and high speeds. But the only problem I have with it is the app. I tried everything, scanning the QR code on the side of the scooter and downloaded 2 different apps but could not figure it out.

    • Great customer service
Color: Standard Black
Awesome scooter for speed and the ride. Sadly mine came with a faulty rear brake and customer support immediately over nighted a new rear brake as well as a partial refund to cover the cost of my local shop to install it. Best customer support I’ve dealt with in a long time. Will highly recommend these scooters to friends and family. My only regret is not getting the pro or the Raptor. The base model is fast but I want really fast! ... show more
