Absolutely love my 2 scooters!! I’m 5’11 and 204lbs. They get up to 31mph with my weight on flat and 32 downhill. Feels incredibly fast!! The headlamp is bright and the Circooter name on the battery glows a few different colors with the lights turned on. Real fancy looking with lights on. Purchased 1 on 4/2/26 and the other the next day. Received both on the 6th, which was faster than the original estimated arrival dates. One had a damaged bell/gps and both were the exact same color (I thought there would be a slight difference in the silver vs the silver/black). I contacted the company and received TOP TIER customer service. They replied quickly and issued a hefty refund for the bell/gps damage, the scooter colors issue and the price difference between the 2 scooters. They refunded me $250. And it’s legit!! Amazon already sent me the refund info. That was VERY generous of the seller. The seller/company has TOP TIER customer service!! I will 100% purchase another Circooter for another family member in a few months due to how sturdy, fast, beautiful and heavy duty the scooters are. I’ve ridden them daily since purchasing. If purchasing from this company please give them grace because they CERTAINLY WILL give the customer grace!! ... show more

This is a very nice scooter, long range and high speeds. But the only problem I have with it is the app. I tried everything, scanning the QR code on the side of the scooter and downloaded 2 different apps but could not figure it out.

Honestly, this was my second scooter I’ve ever purchased. And it exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a ride with more bulk more firmness, more speed, more battery life. And this thing absolutely fits that bill. The helmet is obviously not included. You do get a little backpack as you can see in the picture. I would say the biggest thing about this scooter is suspension is absolutely amazing. Much better than the scooters, you typically see that can’t handle a bump or bruise. This scooter can absolutely handle all of it. Then you get to the range which for a scooter the size of the battery is a bit undersized, but you get a ton of range if you stay in ECO/RACE mode. Sports mode is very fun. It does go 32 mph. It will drain quickly compared to the other two modes. I will say just pair this scooter up with a nice helmet and you’re good to go very visible at night as well has turning signals, etc. a very modern scooter. As for security, you can set a password on the app and lock the scooter. Anytime you’re going to a store or whatever.. overall this scooter was easily worth the $700. I’ve already put on 100 miles on it in about a two week span. One thing there is a little play with the stem, but it’s honestly not noticeable but that’s because of the locking mechanism this scooter uses. Sidenote if you ever catch yourself caught in the rain the scooter surprisingly does well. Obviously you will want to wipe it down afterwards to avoid rust but the scooter can handle light rain. Not sure about downpours. extra side note take cruise control off via the app because if you hold the throttle down, it will automatically engage it and it’s very frustrating. ... show more

The power and comfort is amazing. I bought this for my older son (13) & he loves it. My younger son (11) wanted to ride with him, so I bought another one for us to ride together. With our combined weight, we're at 270lbs & it still pulls us well on flat ground, on hills, and on dirt trails. This is overall an awesome and fun scooter. Speed has 4 settings, 9, 15, 21, 28mph. I have my boys limited between 9 & 15 for now. The shocks absorbed the little lines on the sidewalk well, along with small bumps on the dirt trail. Very comfy ride. ... show more
