I use this for working out and it is intense. It's tight when zipping up by the chest but it's not supposed to stretch too much and it keeps good tension. I just wish the belt had a little bit more tension other than that I recommend. Also get a size smaller than what you are in clothes sor a large would be a medium because it will help avoid it getting to big too quickly from losing weight ... show more
