alright, if there's a typo, it's possibly from the mild vibration as I am currently sitting in the massager chair pad with high-intensity shoulder and back massaging. With heat! Anyways. Update: while writing this, I was kicked off so my partner could try it. Now for the review: I'll get my cons out of the way first. It wasn't immediately obvious to me what orientation the pad was supposed to be in before setting it up and turning on the massaging regions, but I did figure it out based on the remote orientation. I also wish there had been more than one strap to adjust the mat, as with just the one I had a bit of trouble situating it, and the head piece leaned forward. This may be because I am short, and others may have an easier time. Once I moved the massaging pad from a dining room chair to my couch, where there was more head and leg support to retain the shape of the pad, things went much more smoothly. The remote is pretty clear, and I was able to set up the exact kind of massage that I wanted. With the heat, it was incredibly relaxing. I would say this massage pad is a bit more work to set up, but once set up, its bulkier size means it has more massage power, and as I said, my partner kicked me out to use it, and we're very different sizes, so I think it would work for a lot of different body sizes. This massage pad does everything it says. It's easy to use, is comfortable to sit on, and helps relax the muscles. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the noise it makes. If it were quieter, it would have 5 stars!

This massage Matt has been great so far. Extremely comfortable. Massage and heat settings are great. I’m extremely pleased and helps to relax my body. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and lower back. I’m in constant discomfort and pain but this is so soothing. Memory foam cushion, so no more hard back massage mats/chairs for me. I’m surprised I like this chair this much. It’s more than soothed a back injury. I think it helped me avoid injection by helping loosen a too tight of back muscles that seized around a few vertebrae over the last 8 months. Great physical therapist as well. But I think this heated cushion was key in relaxing the back muscles. I used/use morning and night often. More when it’s acute. It’s reliable so far. Hasn’t lost its juice like other shiatsu foot massagers. Junk quality stuff really. So I’m very pleased. Definitely recommend extended warranty though. Wish it had more neck coverage. I love this chair massager. It has the longest timer I have seen on any model, up to 90 minutes. There are 5 modes of massages, 3 temp for heat, and works from the upper back to the thighs. Controls are easy to read and simple to operate. Bought this as my last chair massager had quit on me. Fairly quiet when it it running. I hope it lasts as long as my last one. ... show more
