Just an installation note. when attaching home wiring to eco bee. it is best to use needle nose pliers, enter from the side of the connection, not the top. and last, when you push the wire in, push past the slight resistance you will feel. buy a sensor. look at the features to find the one that suits you. but it would be best if you had a sensor to get the premium features. We have been using it for a little over two weeks now. It is as good as any high tech end smart thermostat in the market. The product came with a detailed installation manual. However, I needed some guidance and called their technical support team as was mentioned in their instructions manual. The call connected to a real person in less than two minutes which is not very common today. The gentleman had a thorough understanding of their product and helped me set it up and get it functional in less than 15 minutes. Very impressive! I have 3 Cielo Breeze PLUS thermostats controlling the mini splits at my second home, and so I decided to give their smart thermostat a try to control the central air system in my main home. I had a problem during installation, and called the tech support number. I had a human speaking to me in less than 60 seconds, and he proceeded to help me troubleshoot via teleconference. In about 10 minute , I was up and running. I love the thermostat, it works just as great as their mini spit controllers. The only things missing in Cielo's offerings is MATTER support. If they support MATTER, then their products would be completely superior to all competitors in everyway. I'll definitely be buying more Cielo products in the future. ... show more

I have no issues with this product so far. It really is easy to setup, but I really want to talk about their top tier customer service and support. When they say they are always available from 9a to 9p ET, it's no exaggeration. They know their products and really do their due diligence with emails and phone call follow-ups. After my issue was resolved (which turned out to have nothing to do with the thermostat), they even followed up to make sure I was still happy with the product. Took a few minutes to learn with help from support line, now I'm in total control. My HVAC guy liked it so much, he said he's going to get one too. It's beautiful, easy to read from across the room, does it all.

My old smart thermostat was not supported by my hub anymore. As you can imagine, getting up to change the temp was vexing me. I did not know all the extra functions that the thermostat has. It is definitely a upgrade from my old smart thermostat!

    • Easy to install , and set up, good customer service
Install was straight forward, You should install the App to set up for starting up the thermostat. Had to call tech support to change the temp differential. There are no instructions for the equipment settings. Tech was quick at helping me resolve the issue.
