We bought this espresso machine specifically for road trips so we could continue enjoying our afternoon espresso. Initially, it seemed like a great choice. The machine is compact, lightweight, and easy to pack. It heats quickly, brews fast, and produced hot espresso with good crema. It also worked very well with our favorite Lavazza Nespresso Original-compatible capsules. However, after only 25 days of infrequent use, the pump stopped pushing water through the capsules and the machine became unusable. We returned it to Amazon. Even before it failed, the lightweight construction was noticeable. The machine vibrated enough during brewing to move the cup, and the used-capsule drawer would sometimes work itself partially open. It made surprisingly good espresso while it worked, but a coffee machine should last much longer than 25 days. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I can no longer recommend it for travel or regular use. ... show more

I love how compact it is; it slides right at the corner and doesn't take up much space at all. The 20-bar pump gives me a legit crema every time, and it heats up crazy fast—like 30 seconds and I'm good to go.
