Couch is super soft, plush and comfy; I would say it’s not super quality but you get what you pay for and I did purchase the insurance plan on it Unfortunately, it was delivered by a company called CEVA Logistics Terrible company to deal with; literally my couch sat in a warehouse for four weeks before it was delivered due to inability to get the company or should I say the warehouse to schedule a delivery appointment mainly because the warehouse was not reachable and the company itself “couldn’t schedule delivery with this warehouse due to my being located in such a rural area” “I was to schedule directly with the warehouse” except the warehouse doesn’t answer the phone, has no mailbox for messages and constantly emailed me a url that took me to page not found using an email that could not be replied to (rolling my eyes now) it was all I could to not carry a truck and trailer down to the warehouse to pick it up myself! And mind you I was literally 2hrs north I95 on exit 157 and less than 10min away from the exit inside the city of Florence Nothing rural about where I live! ... show more

I love the color, it’s absolutely perfect, not comfy in the slightest but I really didn’t expect it to be. I would have given 5 stars but two of the assembly holes for the back and the base do not line up. I figure it just needs to settle a little? Great couch for the price. You assemble it yourself, which was perfect for our situation considering it needed to be on the 2nd floor, so moving it was totally manageable. It didn't come with instructions, i don't know if it got lost, since the box was ripped on the side exposing part of the couch. But it was pretty much self explanatory to assemble. Only issue was getting the arm rest side to lock on, it took a few frustrating tries before we were able to get it. The cushions slide, even though they have anti slide cushion fabric piece on the bottom front. Id recommend attaching velcro. Holds weight pretty well. Easy to clean, i spot clean with a carpet brush spray. ... show more

Delivery was terrible Made arrangements to be home from 3 to 5 as told, they called at noon to say they were bringing it momentarily. Pushed heavy boxes just inside the door and left. Assembly was a nightmare and finally figured out brackets that hold it together were put on upside down at the factory. Lot of frustration and wasted time. It's a gorgeous couch but man does it look abnormally small. Its hard to imagine how it will look in a room even with the dimensions they give you but once you assemble it you realize, wow, it's super low to the ground.. Kind of takes away from that luxury look of it when it isn't grand in size. Also the cushions are very firm. This is another regretful purchase. ... show more

Received this couch over a week early. I received a call from a delivery driver that he was dropping it off. I was so surprised. It was easy to assemble. Takes two people to build. It is comfortable and looks beautiful. Doesn't seem to have any damage to it from manufacturer or shipping. No complaints here! :) ... show more

I ordered the couch and love seat at the same time one has Nicole nailheads the other antique brass. We noticed after we put it together. Disappointed but didn’t want to go through the hassle of putting another one together
