I ordered 2 of these, and they are super easy to put together. The legs screw in, and you attach the two pieces together with 5 bolts. Two on each side and one at the back. One chair was new, well wrapped with everything needed. The other had a very enlarged, irregular hole someone had drilled at the back, presumably because the holes didn't line up for the bolt. I went online for support and Amazon directs you to Christopher Knight support for that kind of issue. You go to put in the details there and they advise you in red font that if it is a damage issue, they will direct you to amazon. Good times... So if you're handy and want to roll the dice, go for it. If it's new, it's a great chair! If not, Amazon and Christopher Knight store point at each other saying "not it" when you seek online support. ... show more

I’m really impressed with this chair. I bought it “used - like new” from the Amazon Warehouse. It came in pretty good condition. There are some areas where it isn’t tufted so well and there are creases. I do worry that the buttons will fall off as they feel very loose, but it seems like it’s tufted under the button and the button is just for decoration, so easy fix if that does happen. I got it for much cheaper than the full price, so I think it’s very much worth what I paid for it. I like that the seat is very wide and deep. I sit on it 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, and it’s very comfy. I use it as my work chair to be at my computer desk since actual office chairs are so astronomically expensive. I’m very happy with it and would recommend it. I’m not sure if I’d spend the full price on it now seeing it because I do think there may be other chairs at that price point that would be better/higher quality, but at the price I purchased it at, you can’t beat it. ... show more

I must admit previous reviews (and pictures) helped me very much into picking this specific chair. So i'm adding quite few pics of my own! I love it! It fits my vision for my home office perfectly. LOVE the color! Is more a royal/cobalt blue than a navy color. It was pretty simple to put it together, minor issues with one screw but a lot of practice in building home furniture allowed me an easy fix and sail through it. For some reason i expected plastic legs but to my pleasant surprise they seem to be wood or some hard pressed wood? not sure but they do smell like wood! Something i didn't notice in other reviews is that the tools included a couple extra plastic washers for the legs so that one can level the chair if needed be. As other stated, the chair sits VERY low. But this is the reason why i picked it. I needed a luxury chair to set next to a coffee table and this one is perfect. I do want to add tho that is totally possible to add different feet. The base of the seat is very thick pressed wood and some hardware store legs would be easily screwed on. The fabric is fantastic. The seat is very firm, also another plus for me. I prefer firm furniture. The chair is comfortable for me, i am not skinny nor overweight, classic average and i have plenty room sitting on it even cross legged. I am very happy with it! ... show more

Absolutely gorgeous chair but if you are looking for comfort you are in for a very big surprise! Without a doubt the most uncomfortable chair and we bought the sofa too, ever!!!! It’s like sitting straight away on a piece of board. Not very much cushioning. I think they definitely could have done better. Wtbs it fit the bill perfectly for us as we needed something very small and small it is for an efficiency senior apt with a bedroom. We don’t entertain and we don’t use the LR very much so it’s okay for us. We ordered the whole set. The chair, sofa, ottoman, and recliner! All so beautiful to look at I wish they offered a bit more comfort! Can’t beat the price either!!! Chair was exceptionally easy to put together. Hubby had it done in 15 min! With everything I said I do recommend the chair even in spite of it being uncomfortable! It’s just so pretty and you can’t beat the price! ... show more

I purchased 2 of these. They were easy to assemble and quite comfortable for occasional use. We noticed soon after purchase (after being used a couple of times) that the front legs on both chairs were slanted. They didn’t break but it was like what they were attached to wasn’t firm enough. They really need to make the legs a bit larger. Luckily, my hubby is very handy and he made metal braces to sure up the front legs on both chairs. Overall, we are happy with the chairs. I do feel like a huge improvement would be stouter legs. I shouldn’t have to have braces fabricated immediately after buying furniture. ... show more
