This seemed like a very fun go kart to purchase for my child but it has been a nightmare. I would highly advise customers to not purchase this product. From the get go there appeared to be a problem with the right rear wheel & the axle. The right rear wheel was bent and the company sent me a replacement wheel & axle. This all occurred in November and December 2019. Approximately a week ago my child was driving the go kart & the right rear wheel rubbed against the fender, causing the weld to break on the wheel where it attaches to the axle. We are fortunate that he did not get into an accident. I understand that it is now April 2020 but when I asked for a replacement of the go kart they said they could not accommodate because too much time had passed. This product was expensive. However, it’s poorly built and when I had an issue with it from the time I purchased it I feel like this company is extremely dismissive with their clients. Now, in November 2020 the battery does not hold a charge. Now, in September 2020, the battery does not hold a charge. Please do not purchase this product!!!!

The Go Kart is really fun, my kid love it. but the car does not reach the 17-20mph, high speed with my child of 40 pounds, 14mph, please post accurate speed when posting a item, Thank You.

Bought two of these and they only last three months being garage kept. Called the manufacturer and got zero help. Make sure to pay attention to the warranty. Only three months! Way to expensive for the bad quality and no support from the manufacturer. Please save your money and buy something else. Don’t not risk 600-800 on this item!!!!!

Speed in description is inaccurate, 14 MPH max downhill with 40 lb rider. Warranty is a joke. Doesn't handle very well. Battery packs failed and charger was bad. Save your money and save yourself the regret.

The chain gear on the electric motor and the gear on the rear axel don't line up correctly and there doesn't appear to be any adjustment to correct it. Hopefully I just haven't found it yet but not off to a good start. Don't worry about the speed it's plenty fast enough and the low speed is still a bit too fast for young kids. It's more comfortable if you put a cushion on the seat because there's no padding on the seat and no suspension. Ok so after further investigation I found there's no adjustment to correct the miss alignment the only thing you can do is to tighten the chain. There are two 3mm screws that attach the motor to the frame and this is also the adjustment to tighten the chain on mine one of these screws had been stripped hence my slack chain. The two screws are totally inadequate to withstand the pressure of the drive chain pulling down on them. I've got my kart going again by placing a piece of wood between the motor and the frame to achieve to correct chain tension. It's lots of fun when it's going and so far the chain hasn't come off again but it's early days.

Worst piece of crap! DON'T BUY THIS!!! I PAID WELL OVER $1000 for this junk. My son rode it for less than a month before it fell apart. I emailed customer service about 7 times. They are terrible at responding. They are no help. Warranty is junk. (2 months) Save your money. It's the biggest piece of crap. Cheaply made. I made the mistake of looking at the price and thought it would be a great buy. I was WRONG! THIS PRODUCT DESERVES 1 STAR BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DESERVES A NEGATIVE STAR.
