I have to admit I was hesitant to buy a chair online due to the fact you don't know how comfortable it is or the quality I'm happy to say I'm quite pleased. The chair itself is super comfy yet still firm. It is real easy to assemble one person can do it, you need a second person to help haul the bottom to which ever room. I like that it swivels or rocks as that is needed with a newborn. The material is a faux leather and made of good quality. It's a quite rocker only thing is when you open the leg it's hard to pull open, but I'm sure after some time it will get easier. Cozy rocker to take a nap in or rocking the baby. The chair is a soft grey color. Overall it's nice and you can fit easily an adult and 2 kids on the chair. ... show more

The material worried me at first, but it is not that faux leather that peels. It is a fabric that feels close to leather. It's much softer than vinyl or plastic and looks like leather. Ok I am not versed in recliner assembly. I bought 2 of these and there was nothing in either one telling you about the upholstery and the care of the upholstery. There was absolutely no instructions in either regarding assembly either. There was on strip of paper Sox 2” x 6” telling you where to look for assembly hardware. Well there is no assembly hardware for These chairs and none was included lol but I spent an hour looking for some. The side panels I point to in one of the pictures are tucked away. You just have to figure that all out. They just slide in but warning the come off when you move the chair around. They slide right back on and it’s not scary and not a deal breaker for me but good to know. Ok comfortable for sure. Looks just like the picture, color etc. there was no damage or flaws and easy to assemble once I figured out. I had trouble with the second one because I think I bent something. I assembled the top and then used painters tape to hold it together and not damage the material so I could correct my error. The first one was a breeze once I understood how to do it. The material is super soft. Firm but comfortable set. I am afraid the material won’t stand up to puppy paws. I did put a protector on both right away just in case. The recliner I purchased is very uncomfortable. I would not advise anyone to purchase this particular recliner. Plus it’s short. Meaning that my legs hang off the end. I’m not very tall at all. I’m going to be shipping this particular item back.

We have had the chair for several months now. It’s comfortable looks good, seems to be wearing nicely. Only frustrations are that it is pretty difficult to get out of reclining position. The foot stool part is tough to click into locked upright position so sometimes it pops back out and walks the back of your legs. We aren’t weak or frail people- it’s difficult unless you really slam your heals down. The reviews I read about it being small don’t line up with what we are experiencing. My husband is just over 6’ tall and I’m 5’6”. It fits him well and is big and cozy for me. ... show more

    • The chair is very difficult to use and is not comfortable

This recliner was a replacement a very comfortable and simple to recline and raise back to a sitting position. The ergonomics of this recliner do not follow the shape of the back and the seat is too short. Reclining is with a lever on the side that does not release the foot rest unless when you push the foot rest down (not an easy task) firmly to a locked position. Unless the is firmly pushed down, not a comfortable task the foot rest has the ability to pop up forsefully. Woud anyone looking at this chair look elsewhere. ... show more
