I originally purchased it for my covered front entrance (outside), I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it and it looked GREAT outside, but it's so beautiful that within 5 minutes I brought it inside. Oh geeeeeze, how cute and well made this is. I'm not sure why reviewers used it as a footstool when it is clearly not made for that. No wonder it broke. I took the traditional route and put a planter on mine and a filagree solar stake behind it. Awfully cute, gardners a lot of attention.

I love this little owl stool. I had been looking for something shorter to replace an old, broken elephant stool I’ve used as an outdoor foot stool for years. I found this awhile back but it was unavailable, and as soon as I saw it pop up again I decided to take a chance. I bought this stool for my lanai. It serves as a side table and extra seating. It's much lighter than it looks, so I can easily move it around to where I need it, but it's substantial enough that you can't easily knock it over, either. It doesn't get a lot of direct sun or rain, but so far it's no worse for wear after a few months. ... show more

I'm not going to return it because it is too much trouble, what with the pandemic, but the item was delivered damaged. Somone slashed a big gash through the side of the box and chopped off part of his right ear! Whoever did that covered the gash in the box with tape, so it's not like they didn't know about it. Probably happened in shipping and not your fault, but still disappointing. I do like him, though. Very pretty. I will paint the chipped ear gold. Jeff Bezos, if you can refund me a couple of bucks out of your billions toward some gold paint for my trouble, I would appreciate it. ... show more

I searched high and low for a little garden stool for my Granddaughter's summer Fairy Garden when I finally stumbled across this adorable owl treasure! It's sturdy, blends in well with the garden, it's perfectly sized to hold potted plants and the girls absolutely love it for sitting on while daydreaming in their garden. Since I was unsure as to how it would hold up in our harsh winter weather, I brought it indoors to use as a plant stand. I got the idea from a creative soul who posted her elephant being ridden by a bunny in a yoga pose! I had to have both LOL. I will post a pic soon. There was a tiny whitish spot on the top of my elephant but once the bunny is there you can't see it. This would be great for plants, decor like a little fountain or just in the garden for a stool. I have no outdoors now that I've moved to an apartment but this little elephant brings me much joy. I love it! I will post a pic soon.
