We love these chairs, and they look good in our living room. I slept in one of these for a couple weeks after csection because I couldn’t lay down without popping a stitch. Two things to consider: if you are a hefty person and plan on using these daily and often, the legs aren’t the most sturdy things out there, and if you are a tall person, you may want to get something else if you want to recline. I’m barely over 5 ft and as I write this review, my legs from lower calf and down are dangling over the foot rest, and the top of my head is right at the top of the back of the chair. I also find I have to put a pillow under my legs when I recline to make it comfy for me. All of that being said, it’s a great chair for light use, and a great price. Great for sipping coffee and visiting with a friend. Easy to assemble. I just don’t know how long they’ll last for us because we use them a lot. The front leg on one chair looks like it’s getting a bit loose and we’ve only had them 6 months. But then I sit in it nearly all day nursing a baby so 🤷🏻♀️ maybe they just aren’t intended for that much use, or I’m a bit too heavy for the chair. ... show more

Easily assembled. Love that they came in a set of 2 (and they matched!). Chairs are small but perfect for extra seating. We happen to be using them in a cabin where they won't be used on a daily basis. Work well for an average size person. The seat cushion is very stiff but for our purposes it works. The reclining mechanism works as it should, making them perfect for TV viewing or a quick nap. Fabric and legs have a high end look. We will see how they hold up over time. I was a bit concerned with the button detail as these tend to be loose and can easily get hung up and pop off. So far, they are very secure. ... show more

This is a nice-looking chair, and the perfect size for my small space. It seems pretty comfortable and I like the dark blue color. Assembly was a breeze - just screw the legs on, pop the back in, and you're done.

My chair arrived today and it took me ( after removing from the box) just about 15 minutes to assemble. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Quality fabric. The seat is firm but this is perfect for me because it helps my back. The chair also sits up high enough for me. This is a good feature that makes it easier for me to get in and out of the chair.     • Great Chair...Some things I'd like to share before and after my purchase.

First of all, it's a fine chair. I spent literally hours researching every Mid Century Modern chair online. I chose this one for a retro, Mid Century Mod Man Cave. I intend to use it primarily to watch TV. I needed one that doesn't take up much room. So, here are some observations I was looking for when shopping, all in one place...... Chair is exactly as described. Extremely well packed and arrived super fast in 2 days by Fedex. Box was in perfect condition. I put the box on it's side and carefully cut open the top and bottom, and the chair parts slid out easily. It is in only 2 pieces, seat and back, so very easy to assemble by yourself. Just attach 4 legs and drop the back into the seat. I chose a recliner to lay back at times to watch TV. It reclines easily, with just a push back, and easily returns to upright. No issue with it not "locking into place" when reclined, as many other chairs seem have comments on. It simply stays where you put it. NOTE: I AM 5 ft. 11" AND MY HEAD IS UNSUPPORTED WHEN RECLINED. Unfortunately this is a feature I was hoping for, but I suppose it is a compromise for the smaller size. With just a couple of inches short, I will have to purchase a small pillow to support my head while reclined. No deal breaker. I've done this before. I would have liked to know this beforehand, though. Otherwise at 5, 11 and 200 lbs, the chair is plenty big enough for me. The chair is comfortable with just enough firmness, but with plenty of cushion. The retractable footrest is fine and hits my legs in a comfortable position. If you are considering this chair, other than the height of the back, I find no cons, and would highly recommend this one. Hopefully, all my time and research will pay off in saving you some time.     • Very cute, but could be better

I got two of the green chairs and am obsessed with the look, color, everything and fit seamlessly into my mid century mod house. The comfort level is, ok, firm but decent. The two cons since having them have been 1) when in recline, on any level, there’s no way to “lock” it into place. So you’re having to put some kind of constant pressure backwards to keep it reclined, which after a while makes you not comfortable because you’re tense. So that’s a bummer. And 2) this fabric is not going to last… the chair I frequent the most already has a worn spot forming and piling just from me resting my arm there and holding onto it when I stand and it’s only been a week! That makes me worry about longevity of the fabric. Other than that the recline is easy and so is the going back to upright. It’s quiet, perfect size for my small space and again the style is awesome. So my suggestion would be maybe use these for decor, seating area etc and not for actual furniture use or recounting for tv etc. ... show more
