I love these chairs, they are sturdy and comfortable! My young children also use these with no issues. They were easy to assemble and look wonderful with our table that we bought (separately). They are a great size for a small apartment or house.

Screws do not fit into the holes and it is impossible to assemble. My boyfriend and I each tried on separate occasions and both gave up in frustration. Waste of $120, DO NOT BUY!!!

NEED TO KNOWS: you WILL need a drill regardless of directions. There is a step listed that requires a “screwdriver” but you need a drill in order to connect pieces. REVIEW: after putting together the first chair we got the hang of putting this together. The wood stain slightly varied, but I honestly didn’t care much and you can’t notice unless looking super closely. No wobbles which was a pleasant surprise!! If you have a drill you’ll be ok. Matched table perfectly and that was the biggest worry. Bought two, will be buying another two! I don’t normally write reviews, but I’m hoping this will be helpful for whoever is on the verge of buying. :) ... show more

    • The price is good, but...
These chairs are very inexpensive, and I would say that they are great for the price. Yet, as you know, you get what you pay for. While generally comfortable, the chairs are not very sturdy, and I can only wonder how long they will last. These chairs look outdated, like they belong in the 1970's, and the back panel has a somewhat strange, kind of striped, finish, which does not quite match the other wooden parts. Assembly is challenging, perhaps because of the designer intention to hide all the screws. It takes almost an hour or so (for a competent assembler) to put one chair together, and you would need to figure out some of the steps, which are far from being intuitive. It's certainly easier and faster to put together the second, third etc. chair, but it's still somewhat annoying, particularly because you would also have to remove the plastic knobs on the bottom of the legs. The latter would destroy your floor unless it's all tiles or concrete. Overall, I would not recommend buying these chairs unless you are a handyman. ... show more
