This chair is pretty comfortable and the vibration and heat work well. It isn’t hard to close the footrest, you just have to have your chair COMPLETELY UPRIGHT BEFORE pushing the footrest down with your legs to close it. Assembly took about five minutes, just slid the back into place (breaking down the box it came in took longer even). No complaints about the chair except for one tiny one which is that one of the arms seemed to have a small frayed spot in the arm but it isn’t very noticeable and I am way too lazy to return it over something so tiny. Overall, nice chair for the price. For reference, I am 5’9 and it was roomy AF. If you’re a taller person or a heavy man, it might be too small for you. ... show more

It's perfect. The heat& vibration are perfect for my needs. I will say that my husband is 6'4 and he doesn't exactly fit well. His head is above the back and he says the width feels a little too tight. But for me this is the perfect chair. The foot rest is kind of hard to close but it gets easier. We've only had the chair for a few weeks. Ok. After having the chair a little longer here are a few things you should know. The foot rest is hard to put down. The bottom of chair has to be all the way back and you have to really push. This chair is not made for big people. My husband is a 6'4 and big country fed man. His head is a bit taller than chair. Width wise he fits but couldn't stay in chair for long. I think this chair is sized for women. While I'm happy as a clam in my wonderful chair hubby is not. Just something to keep in mind while you are looking for chairs. Update: ok we've had this for a little while now and I have to say don't get this chair! While I was happy with this chair in the beginning it is quickly becoming uncomfortable and you can tell it was not made incorrectly. In the beginning it was a little difficult to put foot rest down it has now become such a pain I don't open it at all anymore. The arm rests where you put your arms down to relax has become lopsided. One piece of foam moves to the side when you put your arm on it with any pressure. The cushions are starting to move after such a short time of owning it. There is a coil I can feel in the seat at times. After less then a few months this chair has quickly become a big regret! The chair was not made correctly and I'm really regretting my purchase.
