The chair is extremely beautiful and was so easy to assemble. The thing that docks from it is it’s hard as a rock and not very comfortable. I was hoping for it to be an every day reading chair but not sure if my back will appreciate that.

This is a lovely chair in a grey/black tone. I don't know why it says taupe/brown, because it is neither. It looks like the picture displayed. Nice and sturdy. Reclines with simple push back, and raises legs to hip level. If you need to really elevate your legs this is not it. The back and seat are very firm. This is not your overstuffed LazyBoy of old. But it is a very nice chair that fits in with living room furniture and allows you to comfortably recline a bit. I am 5'6", 150 lbs and suits me nicely. My 6', 175 lb son can comfortably sit in it too. Assembly took about 20 min for my adult son and he said he needed some muscle to push in the back, but otherwise very simple. This is a moderately comfortable, small recliner. Purchased for my mom in her upper 90's. Very easy for her to push the footrest down, but not as easy pushing back to recline. There is really only one recline position, which is about 45 degrees. It does not fully recline. The seat is firm, so not a lot of sinking occurs when you sit, which is good when attempting to get out of the chair. The armrests are skinny, easy to grab, and fairly sturdy, spaced no too far apart, as the seat width is fairly narrow. More than enough room for the averaged sized person, however. Came well packaged in a few pieces and took about an hour to put together by myself but I took my time. Got hung up on 1 spot trying to line up the screw hole from the side wing to the chair back but figured it out. Chair is comfy, doesn't take up a lot of space, recline works smooth and great, quality overall is worth the $330 price tag. I would buy it again and recommend to friends. Also can't beat 2 day prime delivery. Very soft and so far comfy. Firm but not hard. I'm tall and big and recline length is still fine and seems to hold weight well. I believe the official weight limit is 300lbs and seems it will hold up to that no prob. As long as you arent jumping into it and kids climbing all over it. Great looking chair. Fairly easy to put together; I did have a little trouble getting the wings on, but as you can see, I did it. My only complaint is that the cushion is a little stiff, and so not terribly comfortable. But the dog says she likes it.

Love this recliner! Is easy to assemble and the velvet material is high quality and is soft to the touch. Perfect compact size for a more modern look while still maintaining the classic style. There is a small gap between the back rest and the armrest but is not noticeable so I am ok with that. The only reason is not five stars is because one of the legs came chipped on one corner, but it seems like it might of happened during the delivery process because the box was pretty beat up. The good thing is that it was one of the back legs so you can’t see it. Overall, very happy with this product, I love it! ... show more

My husband works at a furniture store and had a hard time putting this together but was able to finally get it together because holes weren’t lining up. I like it. It is skinnier in width that I thought but I like it overall.

This chair is comfortable, fairly easy to put together, and looks and feels expensive. The size is great as well and the recliner is great. Highly recommend and am a happy customer! Wish the price was a little lower but it was worth it.
